That's the key word. "Good" in something like art or a video game, is subjective. No one can just claim anymore "broken game" is bad now, because "Janky is FUN!", I'm not joking, people say this now. So what matters now is "how many people can claim x is good/bad" which forms a pseudo objective truth. If everyone though the Earth was flat for eons, is it still flat? No, it never was, it was a real objective truth it wasn't. But it took a collective of people to prove it wasn't, and took years after for people to believe in them.
