Village of Nightmare series was janky and had crappy 3D Custom Girl art but is still good.

There are other more sandboxy games like Violated Heroine and Corruption of Champions, but they all have their flaws. The former is almost all sub content (besides the /ss/ bath which I played through way too many times) and the latter being text walls where half the characters are furry. And it's filled with western game-isms, like using words such as "muff", everyone having stupid proportions, and so on.

I would settle a lot for playing maledom or femdom (male protag) games. Lilith makes some nice maledom ones, Prisoner Market is a translated one where you break in two haughty elves. Succubus Prison is a REALLY high quality game and you should try it even if you don't want to get off.

Also just going to let everyone know: steer clear of Sexlab in Skyrim. It's a gigantic waste of time. It's a giant ball of jank that takes forever to set up, crashes constantly, etc. If you really need sex just get some nice bodies and install OSex to a normal modded copy of the game.

Scenes had a minimum requirement for lewd stats or happened as the plot progressed. You only needed to lose a bunch when you lacked the stats to see a scene. I don't think there were any scenes you got by losing a fight, outside one where you literally had to re-do the fight if you didn't lose.

Most of the time you have a main quest of "go to x and kill y" or "get x, y, and z materials for a potion". It's pretty easy to figure out outside the material gathering parts.

The game's pretty linear so there's only a normal end, a true end you get after the normal end, and a bad end you get by losing to a boss too often and choosing to give up (gives you a game over so watch out).
