There's a movie coming out, new V Pets with a tie-in manga, and 2 games coming out.

One of the games, Digimon Cyber Sleuth Complete, is a remastering of 2 Vita games combined into 1 that plays like a Shin Megami Tensei game, and the other, Digimon Survive, is a tactics RPG.

Cyber Sleuth is basically a Digimon SMT game. They even hired the guy who did the Devil Survivor designs to work on it. I'd be wary of an official SMT crossover though after the trainwreck the Fire Emblem one turned out to be.

Digimon Rumble Arena 2 was full of ridiculously unbalanced things and Lilymon was one of my favorites.
Her down-b was some move where she twirled around in place loudly shouting "THIS IS FINE!" You could keep tapping and she'd keep spinning and even move while spinning.
While she spun, she released barely visible clouds of pollen. If the enemy touched a cloud they'd be slowed and hurt.
The pollen could stack. Basically if you spun for a second and someone tried to approach you, they'd get super slowed down and after a second they'd just explode.
THIS IS FINE!

Hacker's Memory wasn't really advertised and when it was it basically was shown as exactly the same as Cyber Sleuth in every way including characters so people just didn't care.

Hacker's Memory being included with CS is a good thing since it isn't worth a remake on it's own but by including it with CS it's an incredible deal. It's a really nice extra.

These are meant to be nostalgia bait since they're nearly identical to the original VPets. Unfortunately we haven't gotten a fully modern Digimon the way new Tomagachis have, but I guess they think the Digimon console games fill that role.

Nothing really went wrong with the game itself, but they fucked up the marketing. They really should have just called it Hacker's Memory, without the Cyber Sleuth part. Probably would have been good to have another year of development to differentiate it more from CS.

Diaboromon still hits him even with the teleport spam, but yeah, Rumble 1 is more balanced, save for Reapermon and Omegamon

Well the Royal Knights just completely jobbed hard against the Demon Lords in Digimon Chronicle X
And Digimon that get killed by a Demon Lord don't reincarnate as a digiegg but get their power absorbed the the Demon Lord that killed/their dats gets stuck in the Dark Zone

So unless Bandai wants the Demon Lords to be the winners of the Digimon metaplot there definitely will be a X3 vpet with X Antibody versions of the Angels

Jap ones have english menus already in, The names of Digimon are usually untranslated
