Lets talk about Cyberpunk 2077...

Lets talk about Cyberpunk 2077. A polish gaming magacine had an interviewd and they leaked a bunch of interesting things that will be in the game:

1/3
>Some merchants will offer unique items and discounts only for a specified period of time or at specific times.
>You can buy various clothes like long jackets, sneakers, t-shirts, …
>Example of programs that a netrunnet can buy: a program to disable cybernetic eyes or another to block a cybernetic member
>As you advance your hacking skills, the options will expand from a simple door opening to controlling cameras or turrets and more.
>Mini-games related to hacking will be different depending on the installation you hack.
>Bots can also hack at a distance
>Increases are performed only from a specialist but minor changes will be possible by ourselves such as improving our mantis blade by adding poison
>You can increase your skills by finding a trainer or by installing certain implants
>The scarcity of objects corresponds to its availability rate in stores. The more rare an object is, the more street cred will it take for a seller to offer it to us
>Street Cred will also increase the quality of buyable components for crafting
>They have changed the way to show the damage compared to the 2018 demo and try several methods to indicate the damage taken by the opponent without flooding the screen with numbers (the numbers are still there but in smaller quantities) like adding special animations
>The inventory will be limited according to the weight that can be transported
>When V uses a glass bottle to shatter it on the skull of an opponent, this results in a bloody visual effect and the shard of the bottle is still usable for impaling it in the body of an opponent

>When Placide forces V to connect to the network to be monitored during his mission, an interruption is possible if we have Street Kid because only a child of the street knows the way gangs work.
>More details about the boss fight with Sasquatch: The fight takes place in a small room with interactive objects. The boss can use these items to prevent us from reaching his back. It is possible to avoid the fight
>Each attribute and skill goes up to level 10. >There are 60 perks too (5 per skill) and each perks has 5 levels of progression
>You can combine skills with doping products like the slow motion effect during a hacking to have more time. This was used during a fight against an Animals in order to have time to hack him
>In the demo, V is level 18 with a street cred level 12. Brigitte is level 45 and was the highest level NPC met in the demo.
>If you take a driver out of his car to rob him and there is a gang or the police around, a violent response will be felt
>When you want to pause the main quest, there will be a lot of side quests available. On top of that, there will be many events happening across the city and how to interfere with it can lead to a quest. In addition to that, Night City brings together many activities. Unlike The Witcher 3, there will not be a classic quest table to tell us what to do when doing it. However, optical improvements will make it possible to simulate through the augmented reality the highlighting of certain points in the environment.
>Braindance is an important part of simulating someone’s memories.
>Everyone will not be increased in the same way. The richest will have increases that only they can have. Others will not want improvement by religious conviction. The idea is not to create a homogeneous but very different population

3/3
>character can not reach it but through quests or scripted events, we can see the damage to the improvements on the psyche.
>Religions are still very present in Night City. Our vision of Cyberpunk is not to describe an alternative world but a continuity of our world. Some things will look like our current reality. For example, Christianity is present in the game and will even have a faction.
>“The journalist says that the presence of religion is likely to create a scandal”, which CDP respond with: “We will not avoid any subject, even if they may offend the sensitivity of some. We are not here to say whether it is good or bad.
>With Cyberpunk, CDP has also exacerbated community membership as a way for people to protect themselves from danger and poverty.
>The type of your character will be at your convenience. You will not necessarily choose strictly a man or a woman. One can have a male body with feminine attributes, a feminine voice and feminine hair. The type of voice will impact how NPCs will perceive us

>lol i posted it again

fuck off and kill yourself, faggot tripshit retard.

This is the first time i posted a thread about that topic you retarded nigger whats your problem now that people want to talk about videogames?

>whats your problem now that people want to talk about videogames?
not on fucking Yea Forums lmao fuck off

Nothing there is new or hasn't been done before

Attached: GladiumTonitrua.jpg (197x223, 6K)

Game hasn't been released yet and I'm bored as fuck of it already.

What big innovations do you expect the game to have? From what we know so far it seems to have just about everything you'd expect there to be in a Cyberpunk RPG. You explore, you hack, you shoot futuristic guns, you get augmentations, you do crime... what the hell else would you do in a Cyberpunk game that's never been in a game before?

>Weight limit
I can already hear autists screaming lol

>Make something new
>REEEE I DONT LIKE IT
>Take established things
>REEEE IT ISNT NEW

They're pathetic. They've never had to carry anything in their lives

Attached: -kWWR0tUTMAW0uYD-VLSbTNQ-Qc63BuBkexnx-f-PsY.jpg (768x768, 213K)

and that´s a good thing

If a game has to advertise that it's going to be edgy and political and have religion it it, than it's simply not going to be either edgy or political in any way other than the milquetoast left of center usual BS.

Attached: 1358038248803.jpg (640x360, 53K)

I dont even get the complains about weightlimit its literally mostly autistic people screeching that they cannot care every single thing they collceted like idiots through their game.
Big immersion breaker for me and in most cases ( Witcher 3 for example) developers even make a chess that is maguicly connected with every chess on the world so you are not forced to carry everything by your own

>Advertised
Where did they advertise that they have religion in it? I cant remember seeing advertisment for Cyberpunk 2077 praising that religion is included.

i'd rather take a new game that challenges my beliefs than yet another immersive sim made by a company that doesn't understand immersion.

gamewatcher.com/news/cyberpunk-2077-religions

At least it's going away from deus ex 2 style sterilized Order like bs which is a net positive for everyone.

So you're angry because someone told you religion won't disappear in 50 years? tough break kid

>In the demo, V is level 18 with a street cred level 12. Brigitte is level 45 and was the highest level NPC met in the demo
Aaaand dropped
Same shit as TW3

Attached: image.jpg (2713x1221, 1.98M)

funny you say Deus Ex 2 because Cyberpunk 2077 is like Invisible War when compared to Deus ex.

CP isnt out yet
Man why is Yea Forums full of retarded people.

>Christianity is present in the game and will even have a faction.
>Cyberpunk Christians
Ooooooh

Preordering right fucking now.

Attached: 1562959741680.jpg (700x719, 63K)

good, so its shaping up to be a competent RPG set in an interesting universe

>block a cybernetic member
like giving someones cyberdong cybernetic ED?

Sounds like it will have a lot of things.

wow what a *yawn* exciting list of "features" you got there.

>>When you want to pause the main quest, there will be a lot of side quests available. I like how it's just typical video game shit like HUD markers but they dress it up with fancy language

deus ex position as the best cyberpunk game is threatened

>deus ex position as the best cyberpunk game is threatened

lmao no. having seen the presented gameplay and examples of the writing i can already conclude that it won't even approach the level of soul deus ex has. I'm sure it will be a solid 6-7 out of 10, tho (and I don't give that out to average games like those shitty game journos)

Attached: 1560360144514.jpg (676x750, 115K)

And even then , the gameplay will suck like the Witcher 3, but it has Cinemátics, and political bullshit and sex and naked people, so its going to be goty

Damn ,they made the exact same thing that makes the Witcher 3 open world pointless, why can't they just follow the rockstar or Bethesda approach, leveled enemies just doesn't work on open world games, it's like common sense in game development

This. It'll be a pretty good Cyberpunk OPEN WORLD game and probably the first ever to be fun. But it won't dethrone Deus Ex (which isn't Open World btw).

Invisible war was composed of a series of absolutely tiny hubs. CP2077 is open world. That alone makes a massive difference. Expansive environments are an important component of the immersive sim design philosophy, as they allow for more player options. IW had a few more specific pitfalls but I don't really see CP2077 falling in any of them. Anything in particular you'd like to comment on?

>Bethesda approach

Attached: 1563864583965.jpg (958x960, 100K)

Yeah, and leveled enemies made everything you just said pointless

But of course how can a NEW game be ever better than an OLD game.

It really wouldn't even if you had evidence of those being implemented which I don't think you do.

These are the same people that praise gothic 2 and want more RPG elements.

I haven't played a gothic game , and rpg elements on action games doesn't work so well all the times,

well good thing its an RPG then, which can be finished without killing anyone, even the bosses if you want and has many choices on how u want to play :)

>Implying deus ex is challenged by tranny BMWF interracial simulator.
lmao

...

>Bethesda approach
But user we dont want a shitty Game

I'm talking about the enemies

>religion is likely to create a scandal

>we want dark souls may cry combat but where enemies die in 1 hit like gta/bethesda
what did they mean by this?

Could a hacker canonically hack a straight normie's bionic penis and make it exclusively get erect to gay thoughts?

who laughs last laughs best

Seething Rockstar of david fan.

I am going to dedicate the rest of my life developing a virus that specifically targets people who whine about games not being third person.

They'll probably be "the body is a temple!!!!" type cucks like the Immaculates from Observer

>10. there's no third-person
Stopped reading your article right there. Fuck off faggot.

Why do they complain and worry about shooting mechanics? Everyone knows guns are boring and pacifist runs are where it's at.

reminder that this game isnt what it once was

Seek mental help.

You do realize that your posting style is that of a retarded reddit nigger right? I can't even begin to imagine how fucking fat and unhealthy you are.

Unless it's a dedicated stealth game I've usually found the opposite. Guns and other weapons are often more interesting and varied than the token stealthy alternative.

>When you want to pause the main quest, there will be a lot of side quests available. Screencaping shitposter from autist
Lmao

>it doesn't have to be at night
Correct, it doesn't have to always be at night.
>b-but the core book
Taking that literally is retarded. All it means is that most activity takes place at night, not that the sun is non-existent.

>it doesn't have to be in a large city
But it is.

>it doesn't have to be in third person
Correct, it doesn't have to be.

>classes
Fair point. While it's hard to imagine how a Media and a Rockerboy would go through the same game, reducing it to three is kind of disappointing. Nothing prevents them from implementing Nomads for example, but they've been reduced to a background.

>flying cars
Didn't they literally show a trailer of that?

>accessible interiors
In the game, just not every building. This isn't Yakuza, which takes place on a tiny map.

>Liberal bullshit
Literally an anti-capitalist setting, you dingus.

>good customisation options
Don't even know what the critique here is. There's crafting, weapon customisation, body mods etc.

>dialogue choices
But it has.

>factions
Second fair point, this is disappointing.

>killable NPCs
But it has, just not story NPCs.

>Trauma Team
Kind of disappointing, I guess.

>destructible environments
>graphics
>Americans
>mod support
>box art
What? None of this was promised or matters.

>b list actors
Pathetic dig at a popular, successful actor, but third fair point of the list.

>RPG
But it is.

>purchase apartments
>choose heroes
>customise cars
Correct, it doesn't need any of those.

>cyberpsychosis
But it is in the game.

All in all pathetic list.

Real thread

oh cool, a listicle with a next button

>Observer_
wasted potential : the game

i liked observer tho, the dreamlike and cyber goes very well

>For example, Christianity is present in the game and will even have a faction.
*DEUS VULT in cyberspace*

Attached: 1526769609014.png (371x532, 281K)

When cyberpunk 2077 was announced, the whole cyberpunk setting seemed like a worst case scenario. Now, only a few years later, I feel it's pretty optimistic for 2077.

>All in all pathetic list.
Big and true

>Christianity is present in the game and will even have a faction

Attached: deusvult.jpg (1000x563, 107K)

>Nothing prevents them from implementing Nomads for example, but they've been reduced to a background.
If you know anything about the PnP game, all a Nomad was, was basically a Solo who could drive. The fact that you can choose a nomad background effectively means Nomad role is in the game.

Also, there seems to be this misconception about the original game about what a role is. A role is what you did, but as far as how you did it, it all boiled down to a list of skills that every "role" shared and could learn

There were no "classes" in a traditional DnD, sense.

ikr, people can talk about religion, it's just these faggots and atheistfags that turn it into a shit show every time.

well duh, it's in development

>ps4
Need money, negro?

It dethroned Deus Ex before the first trailer even dropped. Cope brown boy
