I just finished playing Craft of the Titans in VR. I need to find another modpack that interests me and also works with Vivecraft. I can't go back to 2D after playing in VR. The game is perfect for it.

Have you tried Bytesize or Sky Factory 2 on the AT Launcher? If you computer can run vanilla decently, it should not have too much a problem with those.
Otherwise I would recommend putting together your own modpack on the official launcher.

I usually like to play just slightly modded vanilla. Recently I've been playing a modpack consisting of Biomes O' Plenty, BiblioCraft, Natura, Tinker's Construct, and Crayfish's Furniture mod. Along with some quality of life improvements like JourneyMap, InventoryTweaks, HWYLA, and EnchantingPlus.
