From what I know there's no clear cut guide on setting up emummc. You can search up some videos on youtube (search "switch hacking guide" and "emummc" to get an idea and do some reading if you're interested. Don't follow video guides though because they're outdated a lot of the time. The process of hacking a switch (without emummc) is incredibly easy though, a lot more than most other consoles. Emummc doesn't look too hard either. Also check ismyswitchpatched.com/

Can I just swap SD cards for when I wanna play Sysnand but still need an SD for digital games?

How are you bypassing the Google Drive DL limit?
I've tried the "make a copy -> download" method, add to drive, etc.

Try Add Star->go to google drive-> starred->right click and make a copy

Once you've done it once you can enable auto RCM and never have to do it again. And I assume you never actually fully shut down your switch so you won't need to ever even use the comp to boot it up unless you shut it down.
