I reckon Living Dead should just be you take maybe 50% of your HP as damage if you don't get the full heal instead of just killing you. So you will still survive as long as you get healed >50%.

Dark Mind I think should be 10% reduction to all damage + 10% magic damage reduction. It's still effectively 20% magic damage reduction, it just means it's not totally useless on physical either. But TBN alone already makes DRK mitigation godlike so it's almost not even necessary.

The mitigation portion of TBN is godlike, the duration needs to be extended though so it becomes easier to pop in single target boss encounters.
