The Switch is basically at a PS3 level or better of performance, even though PS3 technology is pretty old now. Even this is a pretty balanced level of technology to create a great aesthetic and still obtain performance. Besides portability, sales and marketing it's objectively inferior to the Wii U. I can only think of Mario Odyssey as the big hitter on Switch, since BotW was a crossplatform release and the rest of Nintendo's games are just gradual, better iterations of their predecessors.
