i think he means that gold only accounts for like ~5% of the top ~10% so the representation is closer to 5% than 10%, HOWEVER, gold means you're better than ~90% of people so technically you can say that 95% of all people don't play right if gold isn't playing right.

This. I've been placed in mid Diamond in S1 and breezed into mid Masters by S2 and that was even before they fucked up placements and SR gains in S3 (?) when every paraplegic with Parkinson's got into Masters/GM.

Progression is competitive mode. You don't really need to play a shooter for progression though.

when pts is up they give you unlimited crystals which you can use to oogle at the lewd skins like i do
so theres no real point to installing the main game if you're only going to creep unless you spend money for the lewd shit
