It says in your resume that you play video games

>It says in your resume that you play video games
>Which ones?

"Oh, just the video games I take to play with the invalids at the local human shelter."

then you look like a good guy

Only the ones with big anime tiddies.

>"the ones where you get to plow little prepubescent cunnies"
>t.

Now why would anyone be stupid enough to put that on their resume, unless they're applying for a "job" at gamestop?

How should I answer if a normie asks me what vidya i play? What's "safe" nowadays?

>being ashamed of your hobby
sad

Just say Candy Crush or FIFA

Tetris and huh... Fifa.

You should answer what vidya you play you insecure faggot

Rapelay

yeah bro i play games too sometimes, like, call of duty, fifa, battlefield and gta brah
was it really that hard user?

H-honey s-s-select

Tell them you try to beat Mario 64 with as few A presses as possible. If they tell you there's no such thing as a half-A press, you don't want to work there.

I remember ages go reading about how working with others in video games, such as WoW guilds or Counter Strike weren't the worst things you could put on your resume. Anything that demonstrates you can work well with others in groups can help to make you appear as a team player.

Actually had this happen once, the dude was a total bro and we sat there talking about Aoe2 and C&C Generals for a while.
Didn't get the job in the end but it was fun.

>Yeah I used to play World of Warcraft
>I managed one of the top 10 guilds on the NA server I don't play so I have no idea how servers are split so sorry if that's wrong
>We had more than 1000 members so I would say I have at least some sort of administrative experience
I could see it.

Calling it a human shelter definitely makes you sound like a great guy.

>yeah, you could call me an entrepreneur I mastered the game capitalism. I'll have you know that it was used for educational purposes in harvard and Stanford.

Why the fuck would you put that on your resume? Unless you're applying for work IN vidya, you're just making yourself look like an ass.

>farming simulator, Euro truck simulator, woodcutter simulator, crane simulator, street cleaning simulator, forklift truck simulator

I think I'm overqualified for this job sir

Hitman

I actually used that line for an interview at Hasbro. Except it was a gw2 guild. Also doubled as "i can totally write in english btw"

>He's ashamed of his hobby

That's why you're a NEET and I'm earning $100K and having supermodels massage my back RN

reminder that its not 2006 anymore and its ok to say you play videogames

we can all get through our middleschool bullying trauma if we work together

Think I might use this line at my job interview tomorrow

Honestly i believe it works.

Managing 39 nerds in wow classic prepped me brilliantly for babysitting my team now. A team of paid adults could do nothing worse then what you would experience back then. So i can stay calm and focus on getting shit done because I've had to deal with worse already.

Why would you write your hobbies on your CV, period?
Just write stuff that's relevant to the positions you're applying for - keep it short. You can show how cool and sociable you are when you're being interviewed.

gotta fill out the page somehow user

annotation: i would never admit to this in any way on to the job or in a interview.

Video games??? HAH, erm... haha, sorry. No, I don't play video games.
>So then what do you do in your off time?
M-my off time?
>Yeah, you know. Your hobbies?
Oh, uh... I read. I read science fiction
>Thank you, we'll contact you after I discuss this interview with the other managers. Let me show you the door.

Who in his right mind would put that on his resume, except if he was applying for something vidya-related?

Also, are there any people left that do NOT play video games? Even the most normal people play them.

Anything that's good.

Most people are aware you don't put hobbies on a resume.

Personally, I couldn't care less what the bosses thought of my hobbies. They tend to make some interesting discussion. The hobbies that I have listed on my current resume (haven't updated in a year because I've been working):
>PC gaming
>DDR (Dance Dance Revolution)
>Recently started learning to play the piano
And here I am, a year later with the same job comfy office job. Some places (obviously not all) appreciate that level of sincerity.

Minecraft, pokemon ane fortnite.

Just say Skyrim, normalfags love Skyrim

>not wording it so it sounds like you actavly coordinate with people around the world into solving a predetermend problem, handling out roles and tasks to solve

>deliberately leave hobbies off my cv
>they still ask about them
Why do you give a fuck what I do outside of the thing I am applying for? I'm here to work not fucking socialise round the watercooler.

>don't have video games on my resume
>interviewer still asked what games i play
god i hate my 'generic nerd gamer' look

If they ask this, that generally means you get a free pass to at least mention it and that they are cool with it. People aren't aware of the "gamer look" unless they are a gamer themselves unless you make it retardedly obvious
