The most fun I've had with a boxer in a fighter is actually SFxT Steve. The game was a mess at launch and I got rid of it before the overhaul, but I love how they translated him to 2D. In Tekken proper I don't really use him so I consider that one small win on Capcom's end.
Beyond that, every character on there is fun to play. I think the weakest link is actually Balrog, but I like his SFV moveset more than he was before and I know a lot of people liked him in 2/Alpha/IV anyway.
That said Vanessa makes the pp the big pp so I guess she wins.
