Test Drive 1987.
It was the year 2000 and I was 3 so I could never figure out what the fuck to do, I just admired the cars and that was interesting enough to keep me busy I guess.
I didn't get a proper console (PS2) until 2005.
>Merely pretending to be retarded
not only did I play that to hell and back as a kid, I even looked it up recently and found an in-browser version you can play.
Hard mode
This one is fairly obscure I reckon.
What weird bait is this? Skyroads was really popular.
super mario land hard mode
my dick
Just remembered it existed the other day, played it 5 years ago.
It was so bad
This was one of the first games i've ever played. Between that and Hexagon and Commander Keen
What's the best track in Skyroads? And why is track 8?
youtube.com
>Hexagon
>tfw fragmented memories rushed in as soon as I read the post
Damn, I'm going to download it and try to remember about it. I totally forgot about it but I played it quite bit.
This game was impossible.
This game was so fucked. Why are the British so good at making hideous cartoon characters?
Also pic related slapped hard
Oh man I remember these, none of my barcodes at home worked
Stores were banning people from scanning barcodes with them, as if it did any harm to those mega corporations to have some kids scan them with their fuckin toys
Those were on demo discs.
I remember this one.
It was fun but the time travel didn't make too much sense IIRC.
Is that a Lemmings x Cannon Fodder crossover?
Both games. They're pretty good and usually cheap.
you weren't the only one
I keep coming to these threads, hoping someone will randomly post that one DOS snake game I played as a kid and can't remember the name of
Thought it was LAPD Future Cop, but then I saw the filename.
Holy shit user where did you find this, I played this a million hours when I was a kid
taught me what a jumpscare was at the age of 5
Played the fuck out of it as a kid, but was too stupid to ever get the good ending.
Oh my fuck.
I never quite understood what the point of this game was. It was just hideous creatures walking around and blabbering.
>Why are the British so good at making hideous cartoon characters?
art follows reality
Skyroads and Hexagon were some of the most popular early games you twat. You just need to not be 12.
Those burger king games.
Thank you, didnt remember how this game was called
kino soundtrack
Why are there so few age of exploration and sail games out there.
everyone who had one of those "10000000000 in 1" game discs played this garbage
Me and one of my friends would spend days digging up weird shit to make eachother play back in the 90s and early 2000s
From weird flash games, to obscure indie games and all kinds of pirated or emulated shit
I could imagine we played at least a couple nobody on Yea Forums has ever seen before.
Hell I even went and looked some of them up and some still have their old websites
www dracova com/hellfighter/
Shit like this
Dumb games with names like "Yeah Guys! 2"
(That was the actual name)
We must have played hundreds of stupid pointless games
Not confident in this pick but I don't think I've seen it discussed anywhere else.
this shit was way too hard for my kiddy hands
Can someone help me name the game:
It was on a floppy disk, and looked like a first person escape the room type of game. Set in like a big museum or some kind of observatory with tons lots of doors. All I can remember is there being a pixelated but realistic looking guy (like Mortal Kombat characters) that would yell something and blow up the building if you failed at doing something (I think there was a time limit?). I've never seen or heard of it since.
Never heard of it, but the concept looks cool as fuck.
Did you notice that in many games, pigs are the villain?
Played it. Makes me want to play it again, was a fun game. Only had the shareware version though.
Literally my first VN
All I remember is that after beating the game and figuring out the mystery, you could start a new game+ and use this knowledge to beat the game right away, that was so cool.
I have posted this in many threads and it consistently never gets replies. I am truly the only one who played this warcraft clone from 1997. Based 7 years war
ITT: Games i think were rare because i was a babychild
What does that even mean.
Lemmings Paintball
Achtung die Kurve is the best.
I suppose he's refering to the Skyroads xmas special game, but its still popular.
or Pizza Worm
Spent so much time on this one as a kid. Sadly I never finished it so I don't know what happens at the end. Also the manual was fantastic. Dat story bout the old tankers descent into ptsd. Amazing.
this game has good graphics but the map is too huge for its own good
YOU WILL DIE
this game was terrifying
there's one out on PS4 right now
Sometimes it really does feel like I was the only person to play Stonekeep, even though it does have kind of a cult following
Skyroads was on school computers, everyone played it
You can always just make your own map then :^)
but unironically, I checked the readme when I downloaded it yesterday and it said anyone can add new maps in and there's multiplayer functions. Wonder if it even had any playerbase? Probably dead now though.
Game is 'Zineth' by the way, forgot to mention.
I had a CD with this, Kens Labyrinth, The Catacombs Abyss and a whole bunch of other neat games on it
FUCKING ASSHOLE BOOMERS
I bet none of you faggot fucking cunty ass pussy shitters have ever played this game before.
literally my first pc game ever
Holy nostalgia!
I need to get my BBCB out of the loft.
What kind of floppy disk? 3.5", or the actual floppy floppy disks?
chips challenge was my first PC game
I've never seen that version of Tempest before..
Played this but on the Gamecube. I remember it being really fun.
>blows up HW Prototype fags with a laser cannon
>"ANOTHER ONE BITES THE DUST"
That looks really fun
Does it work in Multiplayer? Might propose this for our next LAN party
It was real hard gathering all the DLC breeds
Why are they not being sold besides it, is beyond me
Everyone played this.
Was this even based on anything?
I want another hotwheels game, i'm so sick or racing sims and kart games.
Thanks, Bob.
Weird ass pikminy platformer BS.
this game made me shit my pants when i was small
I played a shooter very like this when I was a kid. Pretty sure the guns were something like a pistol, gold pistol and silver pistol, and some of the enemies were werewolves or vampires or something. Is this that game, or a different one?
I was the only kid I that had the full version of this and only knew one kid who had the demo that came on certain versions of 95.
It was based on Disney Eurocomix
have you played this?
The game of having sex. Or atleast I'm alone on this incel board.
Played the demo to death. Around the same time, I made choose-your-own-adventure stories in Wordpad
I kinda liked it but I only played it for like an hour.
I recently pirated it but can't get it to work on windows 7
Such as?
Ive played it a touch. It was pretty weird and campy.
My first VN
I have yet to meet another person who has played this game
Genuinely curious if anyone else played this, I did all the time when I was a kid.
i know at least two more people who played that
but do you?
the game over sequence always gave me a hard-on
Genuinely curious if anyone had played this.
this had the grooviest intro theme
also hard as balls
he killed millions
Neither one of those, sadly. It wasn't single-screen, but with scrolling levels. You ate apples and pineapples and navigated almost maze-like environments as a big red snake using the mouse. I don't remember if it was high score focused or has an actual goal
Explain
I guess it's the same appeal as war game pron
being captured by the enemy, unsure what they gonna do with you
Only racing game I had until I got a DS and Mario Kart, so I played it a lot despite it being trash. It had a code-based save system for unlocking the tracks beyond the first ones, and I wasn't good enough to beat the first levels more than once or twice to get those anyway, so it was basically 3 tracks I played on over and over. Shitty GBA licensed games like this and those low quality ports that were nothing like the console version were basically my childhood, outside of a few decent flagship games like Pokemon.
Recoil is cool, I have it installed on my toaster
I watched the cartoon, never knew there was a game
well, i guess you just met that other guy. happy now
I can't even find these games online that I played. My mom would bring them home from work and there were like 2-4 games of this series. They were computer educational games for kids. In one you learned about the USA states/capitols and the mascot was this chrome robot with neon green rings and looked kind of like a clown. He would fly a plane from state to state and you had to enter the capitol for them. In another game he was going on some fantasy adventure and you were in a top down maze and had to answer questions to progress. These would have been 90s early 00s computer games
this game was my childhood too
this has the dopest music, also fun to play with a friend since it's pretty easy
>Going into my dad's attic to play this on the shitty old Mac in the computer room he set up there
macintoshrepository.org
I dare anyone else to claim they played this hot garbage.
I played this on a Mac at a tech store
Rescuing the hostages was fucking tough, Super Donald looked bad tho
i had it on some kind of collection cd. I cant remember what the name was but it had lots of simple but fun games that nobody talks about today. also hexxagon or road hog. a game that was just called roling where you try to get a ball through a maze.
I think I had the same CD, was kinda purple I think
This game was actually great. The first PS1 Frogger is pretty good too, albeit insanely hard.
Because anglos weren't the protagonists
I was literally just thinking what was the name of this and then I scrolled down and it's right there. What the fuck?
the cd itself i dont remember but
it had a gold cover.
but it wasnt gold games
It's fucking go time you pajama wearing pagans.
>water is red
>gas is blue
What did he mean by this?
We had this on the computers at school. What’s it called?
Played a pc racing game with weird ass characters
>Elvis character
>mad professor
>a bimbo
>a Guy with two heads
Game was Pretty Gross looking. And one of the tracks was in an amusement park.
Thats the only thing I remember. And I always hope that it pops up here but it never does
I played this. The level with the feet stomping around was pretty intense.
Is that Skyroads?
I had the demo. I loved it.
Skyroads: Xmas Special (1994).
so is there smutt of the lewd dude on the right yet
literally no one
>mfw you could shave fiddle to the fucking bone
Or any of the Tonka games for that matter
man that looks like fun
reminds me of trackmania; how does it compare?
