It wasn't if you were a kid growing up in that era. It is nowadays because any way you now normally get the game, it's gonna come together.

Though I will say, it's alright, but the jump in perspective and time seemed somewhat inconsistent, a bit stilted. Work on more effectively weaving them into the story, rather than placing them at points where it feels random.

To be fair, it was thrown together (but I'm sorry I screwed up)

I had wanted a male user getting dominated by Sonic, as in Sonic fucking them in the mouth / throat, ass, etc.

I really can't understand how anyone could like CD the best. It's certainly the best conceptually, the time travel mechanic is fantastic and the greater focus on level exploration is something I really wish they'd focused on more in Sonic 2 and Sonic 3K, but the actual level design is below fangame tier. Cramped, clustered and often just unfinished-looking (such as when you see rings floating inside solid walls).

It's a brilliant concept with a solid base (Sonic 1) but doesn't execute it's ideas anywhere near as well as the true sequels execute theirs.

So what did I do? Just so we're clear.

If I'm being honest, CD isn't truly my favorite to play but I've got a lot of fondness for it. I'd probably rather play Mania or Sonic 3C most days but CD does have an awesome concept, music, and physics setpieces. I don't even think the level design is as bad as people say, however it is shorter than average at only 6 zones long and one of those zones admittedly sucks pretty bad.

Sonic was the one getting fucked, not doing the fucking.

I never use AO3, so I hadn't noticed that there was a chapter selection.
I did read through it though, my only real complaint would be a slight lack of length, but other than that it was good.

Chapter 2 is even shorter, but I get what you mean, I just meant the side stories to be a way to do something short and keep the series alive.

Involving an extra position or two as well as more dialogue from Sonic would help, stuff like doggy style, user riding her in her lap, or a mating press. Maybe get into more detail about how rough she's being, at least those are the ideas off the top of my head.

At that point, it's its own chapter. If I can't make it its own chapter however, I'll edit and add that stuff in.

I think Sonic 3&K strikes the best balance between platforming, spectacle, and exploration. Some of the levels are gimmicky and a bit annoying, but the highs are higher than Sonic 2.

Could be, and I don't want to say it's the worst (just because it's the one I wrote solo), but I feel like Gloryhole Hog and Prison Island have more... personality, thanks to my co-authors, as well as New Outlook, which sadly, the co-author abandoned the project after chapter 1.

It's simpler to write solo anyways.

Yeah, another story getting abandoned (that I had to finish) is why I've written off co-authors entirely.

I've thought about going back to the well with another Hey Arnold story. Also a sequel chapter to the Helen Parr story. I want to do a Totally Spies story at some point and also finish this halfway done Dexter's Lab story. Oh, and a sequel chapter to my Velma story.

Oh believe me I do too, it's one of my many, many stories I kick around my head, and DBZ is the only anime I feel comfortable writing about because it's so Americanized

Also I could see it getting really gross or violent, but I'm a little squeamish to the weirder stuff - I want futa dick to be enough, but I don't want it to get repetitive

Could convey it mostly through the dialogue and different positions, as well as which words you use to describe it. If you describe certain things roughly enough, you can get around actually getting particularly violent.

Of course, yeah, there's lots of ways to skin a cat - but it could potentially read like as far as a plot synopsis goes

That's why you slowly interweave the idea of him beginning to enjoy it near the mid-point, then have her ramp up how rough she is in retaliation.
