I've never played a video game before. Redpill me on where to start
Portal
How? I'd say go on newgrounds or some other flash game site.
pong
Tetris is probably a good start. Maybe something like Theme Hospital or TTD would be good too.
Super Mario Bros 1 on NES
Fortnite
I guess I should clarify. I've never seriously played a game before, but i have played at like a friends birthday party for a couple minutes and stuff like that. Even on my phone I'd rather just read something or play board games by email
A-user.. How old are you?
20 don't ask how old i was when i first saw this place
I’m still going to recommend Mario 1
this is reddit advice, don't do it.
Sengoku Rance
Just look at the most popular games and if it looks fun to you try it.
No point digging deeper if you're not really interested.
This, or Lightning Warrior Raidy if you want a dungeon crawler
Some old Nintendo mario shit. It will help you get used to gameplay without being bogged down with story or cinematic bullshit.
This is what most of us grew up on anyways.
Kirby's Adventure on the NES.
Some of my friends were talking about a new game coming out called Baldur's Gate which sounded pretty cool but their description felt too complicated. Anything like that thats more entry level?
Final Fight. Bonus points if you can co-op with a friend
Ocarina of Time
Megaman Battle Network 5
Don't. Stay safe, this is just a life-sucking hobby that will drain any ounce of enjoyment you may find in life.
Animal crossing new leaf.
some games that i enjoyed playing are street fighter, smash bros, counter strike, unreal tournament, quake
league of legends and fortnite are really popular and i've played them too but i think they're more popular than they deserve to be
flower and journey by thatgamecompany
portal, half life 1, half life 2 (and all episodes)
i tried the witcher and doom 2016 and got bored of them and quit
cave story, within a deep forest
i never played super mario maker but it looks like i'd probably enjoy playing at least a few hours of it
overwatch looks like it might be fun for a few hours at least
if you want to buy old consoles, there are a lot of good games and franchises, i've played a few mario, kirby, megaman, and metroid games. i hear zelda is good too
if you have a hot girlfriend and you like watching her dance, get her a dancing game. or if you like dancing i suppose
i played emulated games when i was younger. it's illegal though so i don't anymore. if you really care about an old game there's probably a way you can get it legally. i think emulation is legal if you own the game
oh yeah, i also enjoyed playing hatoful boyfriend
Portal is a pretty great suggestion for someone who's never played a game before though.
It makes you feel intelligent, it's got a sense of humour and theres basically no obligation to act quickly so someone new can do things at their own pace as they fumble with controls
It's more or less everything you could ask for in a game for someone with no experience and that doesn't change just because reddit memed the cake shit to death years ago
Arma 3
>it's got a sense of humour
a really reddity one
>20
you're as newborn as the shit that hangs from my ass
So entry level isometric RPGs?
Neverwinter Nights maybe?
For RPGs in general try things like Kamidori, Spellforce or Undertale
If you want to get into Visual Novels consider Saya no Uta or Tsukihime

Anything that doesn't have a wojak they can comprehend
Don’t listen to these people, you need to start at the first one and go from there so that you get the overarching story.
I believe this started with Pong, but I know that chronologically Diddy Kong Racing for N64 was the first game in the storyline.
Dont Say Holy kkdjddu soo ofensive e Holy Spirit of God ,soo absurd to Say
