I'm in the middle of playing through this right now. Gameplay is completely serviceable, music is top tier, Waifu's are great, art style is super cute, plenty of variety in the scenes, and completely uncensored. This is pretty top tier H game IMO. Currently going through the Humpty section.

If you prefer more h and less gameplay getting in the way probably Artificial Academy 2. It has a good amount of poses, locations, personalities and fetishes with fast gameplay and a full translation. Also the best /u/ simulator.

If you need even more h with only minimum gameplay maybe try custom order maid 3d 2. Vast amount of poses, scenes, skills and stats and a powerful character creator. Lots of fetish stuff too, but no /u/. Official translation is out soon. Maybe.

There's Eiyuu Senki, which is available in English. The art's good, but the game itself is pretty lame. It starts out okay, but wears out its welcome really quickly. And the porn is something you grind relationships to get to, so you'll have your dick in your hand waiting to fap for like twenty hours for nothing, then get so many sex scenes at once that they stop being arousing and become annoying instead. I'd just look up a CG Gallery for it if I were you.

The other games he did were all just straight visual novels. Quartett is fan-translated, and I think Period: Sweet Drops is as well, though I haven't played the latter. Quartett is good, and presented in an interesting motion comic style. It's worth checking out.

Lastly, Oyari has been getting crowdfunding for a Princess Maker-style raising game called Machine Child with an interest in releasing it internationally, but I can't read the website to see any more details than that.
