That about sums it up for me. I can play arcade games and Sega/SFC/PlayStation games on a whim, but everything past 2007 has been really lame. Too many games focus on emotional story telling and graphics. I like to go nuts and grab hi-scores. Trophies/Achievements just don't do it for me.
