Siegfried is more plot-relevant to SC and while he is a prettyboy sworduser he offsets that with his massive greatsword and bulky armor. Ivy also can't get a simple fix like Bayo not losing her outfit during Wicked Weaves, her iconic outfits all just show off so much ass and titty flesh; even modern Nintendo knows that that much thick won't fly unless it's covered up (even in tight clothes).

Tekken's only real rep has to be a Mishima, and Heihachi's VA is dead (and voiced Incineroar's JP voice before passing) so it's got to be Kazuya or Jin (or Lars but fuck that). Lili is something of a staple now but doesn't represent the series as well, even if she is great (easily the best character of her archetype in the genre).

This is also very good. 4 SCVI alts and 4 Tekken 3 alts and it's perfect. My only concern is that he might not be able to use Suicide in a Nintendo game which sucks because that's one of his coolest moves. One of my favorite things about SFxT is that not only was Suicide one of his special moves, you could do an EX version.

Demitri only has Midnight Bliss to fame, which is inconvenient to implement. Morrigan is a popular icon and visually distinct.
