it's okay when japan does it

Its to filter out autismos who can't differentiate a game from a movie.

We're testing things out to see if it would drive them out the first half so that players wont have to deal with them nitpicking the actual game.

I finished 0 this morning. Not sure if I want to go back and 100% everything

Just finished Judgment. Was good shit. Up there with 2 and Ishin as one of the best.

same boat, a lot of the minigames don't seem too worthwhile. Especially real estate and clubs

Just do the substories and business side quests if you feel like it, 0 is a chore to 100%

Guys, I wanna beat Yakuza 0 before I buy this but I wanna get everything done so i can get all the fighting styles. I can't get past the fucking part where you have to buy stores and select managers n shit. I don't fucking get it at all and it's not fun at all. Like I just want to beat people up not have to play some shitty strategy management game. Is there an easy way to cheese past this part? Or a guide?

I tried Yakuza 1 on the PS2 and got bored, was too shallow outside of the combat, and holds your hand too much. I doubt the series has changed since.

Nah, I played one of them and it was great but I have no interest in doing it all again. Same with persona, I cannot imagine playing another one after 4

even those too. Like I don't like disco dancing at all, and I don't really care for Outrun or Space Harrier. Like the only sidequest you get involved in that I liked was the slot car races, though I wish it was like actual slot cars and I could control how how much I accelerate instead of just watching as Kiriyu just leaves the thing at max for the entire race

Maybe I'm just more autistic than you but I stopped playing the main story for several hours as I built up my real estate firm. I bought all the collection time boosters from the shrine. Office staff come fairly easily if you do lots of side quests but there's a steam guide for 100% completion that has a section on Real Estate Royale and the cabaret club thing. Though I got by just fine without maxing out skills and a bunch of Stamin Royal. Kiryu's final boss was hype as fuck matching his stances and punching the shit out of him. Fuck majima's final boss though. That guy's a cunt. I just cheesed him with guns and shit because he's a cunt and I hate him. The 2nd to last boss was more respectable

Thx I'll check out that guide.

Probably no, not for a long time at least.
I've played several in the series and while they're fun individually, they're REALLY marred by the fact that they're all the same game with a different story.

I dunno. Does his game let me do it to em?

I played 0 through Kiwami 2 and I think I'm tired of the series now. I'm not really looking forward to the rest

Why is Kiryu doin it to em

K2 is finally 20 yurobux on sale but I think I'm still down with the Kamurocho sickness. I played 4, 5 and 6 in the span of 2 months and it absolutely killed my enthusiasm to pick another one up for a couple of years.
