Water is vital to human processes and when you sweat, you lose a lot of it - fast. You need to drink water or you will suffer heavily. As long as you're drinking plenty of water, you're fine. It sucks and feels awful, but you're fine. Unless you have some garbage ass condition that seriously fucks with your body at high temperatures somehow but I imagine that'd be extremely rare.

If the air is already saturated with water, the ambient vapor will condensate and sweat won't evaporate, which is the opposite of what's preferable from a thermodynamic perspective. You can look up more modern studies to find out that it matters very little to your stamina, exertion levels, and core temperature. Humidity does bring you increased risk of dehydration above that critical threshold though. So drink water user.
That critical threshold by the way is close to 50% relative humidity and while I can't say that never happens at 100+ degrees it's pretty rare.

I did 2 deployments in the persian gulf and it was 105+ almost every day with 90% humidity and no real AC on my ship except for a select few rooms like berthings. The plants were anywhere from 125-130F saturated with water from steam and you had to stand watch 4-6 hours at a time and often would come out with burns on your nose and ears.
