I've got Polnareff at level 28 and I just can't fucking beat Anubis, bleeding almost never procs and it's completely necessary to beat these bosses, I can't deal 3000 damage otherwise

45 to 50 is fine if it's your first playthrough. DIO + the world is a real challenge though.

Anubis is mostly a NG+ challenge even if it gives Pol on of his most useful moves.

Yeah, Jotero makes Pol redundant and Pol gets several fights in Egypt where he is dead weight (Geb, Alessi, priestess' teeth) and Iggy joins so late as an uncontarolled companion that he gets benched straight away.

Can you go to the developers room after the dark end? I was a bit confused because you get a badge of honor after beating Dio.

It's because Dio and The World always have a chance to drop one, Clayman didn't think it was necessary to make another Dio and World that don't drop one for the dark end

You can't rely on only jotaro, or if you do you need a status like bleed or poison that melts through a percentage of his hp, try to stock up on model pyramid and buff yourself the minute the fight starts. Specials in general ignores half the fight with shoken Zuki and so does sonic youth and ocean blue.

Is there a way to cheese the boss rush? Need some fast xp and don't wanna grind ripple men

How do I into SPECIALS?

Use guard tactic, use defence formation, learn shoken Zuki, inflict surround, BECOME UNKILLABLE.

Someone tell me what character and what stand I should pick for my second run? I used Sonic Youth and distinctive girl on my first run and I want something a bit more punchy. I can't stand Red Garland though, he takes way too fucking long to get good (tried him out on a first failed run).

Because despite being an RPG maker game, bro road trip to fight evil is pretty comfy. Also there's a lot of love put into the game in terms of branching paths/dialogue based on a bunch of in game shit so there's a good chunk of replay value. As for why everyone discovered it recently i'm gonna chalk it up to the same shit as Lobotomy Corp, literal random chance.

Rikku is the third best party member, Mix is the best support ability in the game. it basically goes:
Wakka (highest DPS) > Tidus (second highest DPS) > Rikku (best support) > situational use of Yuna (aeon body block) or Auron (shooting star ejects) > Lulu (situational weakness advantage) and Kimhari (second best support)

As characters, Tidus > Yuna > Wakka > Auron > Rikku > Kimhari >>>> Lulu

Unironically Pixies, tons of events and stupidly good (M) AOE attacks that do decent damage no matter what along with statuses make you combo fucking great with pretty much every other party member

The thing with Karol is that he doesn't have to use specific skills to pick up downed enemies like Yuri and artes can even flip them back up with no guard.

Nah, he's a secret boss and the Stand User of Power Of Dreams. The wiki says you're supposed to fight him twice, but doesn't mention where he is or how to encounter him beyond triggering Sade's event.

ripple skills, as with most learnable skills, are tied to the current stand.

SPECIALS is a fun stand. I just wish it had more moves and more single target moves, like adam ant's insect cannon.
