It was fun before all this retarded OP shit. I think the first VIP update was the most fun I ever had in this game. Hostile Takeover with everyone scrambling to actually get the briefcase using whatever they could was so amazing.

My favorite memory was getting loaded up all tacticool in a Valkyrie with my friend, and doing a Hostile Takeover in the cultist compound in the mountains. We flew in, sprayed the area down with the cannon, he parachuted out to pick up the briefcase. Except he fucking died on the ground to the AI and they focused on the chopper, disabling it. We had to great the briefcase and escape on foot, which meant stealing a police cruiser and trying to get down the mountain it. By the time we got off the mountain other players started attacking and we actually lost the case., and my friend and I were split up. Some guy managed to nab it and was on the highway about to get a car when my friend ran him over with a semi truck, then he got blown up. I was able to steal a dirtbike and get the briefcase, and had to ride that dirtbike the whole way to the extraction while dodging missiles from a Buzzard. It was intense shit always having to look behind me and make sharp turns to dodge the missiles while avoiding crashing.

Nowadays it's just flying bikes and orbital strikes. No fun allowed. Nothing like that will ever happen again.

When I found out about the weapon modifications and such I made it my goal to get it. However, trying to find how to actually do it on the wiki was really difficult and it felt like constantly moving goalposts.

You need either Bunker + one of the trucks, Nightclub + the other truck or Facility + Avenger

Upgrades come from the Bunker. MKII base models can be acquired without one.
