What's the point? It's always going to be a shitty immitation of the other medium no matter how hard you try. The strength in video games comes from interactivity. Why not just watch a film if you don't care about that? It's going to be more realistic and prettier, plus CGI has come a long way so all sorts of weird scenarios can be acted out.
Kojima is like a painter trying to be as realistic as a photographer, except the painter has to be infinitely more skilled than Kojima if his work is to come even close to the photograph.
