you can but only if you agree to be executed the next day

Aya's better, Cleo is a bitch.

I really can't think of a downside to that situation. Thanks Pete.

How would it be? I hope for something slow and painful.

Everyone has had her

wish she would execute me during it

Cleopatra was black though?

Just change your name to Titus Pullo

No she wasnt.

>none Rule34 of her
Naah she's egyptian queen of greek origins.

No, true, pure Egyptians weren't black either. There were Nubians in south, but proper Egyptians were closer to other people around Mediterranean Sea area.

but...we wuz queenz n shit?

Only 25th or 26th dynasty (I don't remmeber) when Nubians conquered already failing Egypt. they ruled shortly because actual Egyptians kicked them out.

>Aya
This. I don't know why we see so many Kassandra threads in general, when Aya is so hot/cute too. They're both great really, but I think Aya is on a whole different level

>Cleo is a bitch
hnnnng but I want a bitch. I want Cleo to turn me into her sexslave.

This and she was from the Ptolemaic dynasty. Interesting family dynamics to say the least.

Origins didn't fall for the wewuz meme. Lots of the characters have dark skin but it's more of a middle Eastern complexion rather than African. And there's even characters with ginger and blond hair.

I really liked this game. I didn't like how a lot of the zones has literally nothing in them, though. Completely empty.

>. I didn't like how a lot of the zones has literally nothing in them, though. Completely empty.

I assume you're talking about the deserts. I reckon this is for 2 reasons:

1. It's a desert. It should be vast and open and empty. It adds to the atmosphere.

2. If there was a bunch of stuff in it, it would feel like a theme park. There only being a few things also means you will get the atmosphere and vibe of the place without having to linger too long and get bored of all the sand/rocks

I have Origins sitting in my library with 18 hours on record and last played like 4 months ago. I was doing side quests and only done a couple of main missions and just got bored. They've definitely ruined the combat i think and stealth has become a bigger joke than the previous games. Also not to talk about the complete neglect of the modern parts. I don't wanna be an ugly girl. Middle eastern women are way prettier on average. They shouldn't have ever ruined Desmond and his storyline.

Attached: fhrym3jf-720.jpg (720x406, 31K)

I liked exploration aspect. As you said, these empty zones too. I remember exploring some desert bit and there was unmakred hole. Of course there was nothing inside there, just a mummy or two, not even gold. Yet it was so exciting find.
I'd love to see a game where you are an archeologist (but not Tomb Raider or Indiana Jones) and you just look for stuff.

>Also not to talk about the complete neglect of the modern parts

Implying this isn't a pro. The modern story was only passable in AC1 and maybe 2. After that it became cartoonishly silly and frankly annoying. It still is annoying but at least it's only like 5 minutes total in Origins

>only good part about Origins

Attached: 2018031212337.jpg (1920x1080, 215K)

Damn I like this.

The modern day protagonist is fucking dreadful. She is the definition of a Mary Sue and she’s got the most grating screechy voice to top it off. FUCK layla.

I think a lot of people misunderstand what happened with the Nubians. They were expelled from the leadership, but their descendants still lived in Egypt for a long time, so they weren't entirely expelled.

Aya is a massive cunt.

When the game first came out I used photo mode to look up Cleopatra's dress. She didn't have any undergarments on but it was like a mannequin down there: just smooth skin. Kinda strange. I think later they gave her underwear because you could play as her in museum mode.

Is this really what Egyptians wore

More or less. Should be more transparent but whatever. Fashion evolved.

Attached: cd50f96a096a01566c667b35f4fdbfc8.jpg (1080x2088, 230K)

Why is ancient egypt so sexual?

nudity wasn't as sexualized as it is now, you can see this in Africa right now

They introduced a lot. For example makeup as fashion, not just tribal/military thing. Linen clothes, lotions, perfume.

Dat eyeliner

Supposedly they invented it to deflect light from their eyes because it got really bright in the desert

Attached: bayek.jpg (1404x923, 1.04M)

And to protect from sand, it was thick and oily. However there was also different kind of eyeliner, more decorative.

Who cares?

Attached: sublimation_by_as_dimension_z-daxh03r.jpg (2850x1603, 3.72M)

So are all women. We're talking about pure looks here

Nice.

>museum mode.
Best thing about this game. Is it in Odyssey too?

It's one of my favorite sexy Egyptian pics.

>one of
Do you have more?

It will be soon but I wouldn't get too excited, Odyssey really dropped the ball on historical authenticity. In comparison, anyways. Assassins Creed has of course never been particularly accurate, but Odyssey has been more inaccurate than others.

I don't understand why they made her so distractingly attractive but then didn't rewrite history so she wins.

>Cleopatra was black though?

>Greco-Macedonian noblewoman from a centuries old undiluted royal bloodline
>black

Attached: 1554062042335.jpg (863x721, 35K)

A few, yeah. I got really into Egyptian stuff a while back when I read something that said they basically walked around naked all the time and were very sexually open. Apparently that's not entirely accurate, but it's fun to think about.

Attached: beneath_the_pyramid_by_lipatov-d2yzt0d.jpg (1024x1468, 403K)

>basically walked around naked all the time and were very sexually open. Apparently that's not entirely accurate, but it's fun to think about.
go on

How's odssey compare to this? loved origins

>playing any AC game after Unity

Attached: maxresdefault.jpg (1280x720, 55K)

Greece is kind of boring. There is a lot of sailing, and since the story takes place in 400 BC cities aren't that impressive except Athens. Everywhere that isn't a city is a really shit looking mountain village. It doesn't have any grandeur that Origins had. You can have lesbian sex with almost everyone woman you talk to though so for whatever that is worth.

Origins and Odyssey are actually really fucking good though.

they're not AC games
they dropped everything and became a cheap witcher clone, including enemy levels and loot grinding
and they fucking went full fantasy with straight up monsters and magic

Attached: 1563220411463.jpg (850x1157, 370K)

Really funny how in the discovery tour mocks the in game depiction of Cleopatra indirectly.

She looks like she has a gigantic cock.

>giving a shit about AC trainwreck
>not playing this just because of motherfucing Egypt

Did this game just ditch its PoP roots?

This game runs like shit

It's definitely a different kind of franchise now it's still good just in a different way. AC2, Black flag, and Unity are the best of the "old" style AC games, Origins and Odyssey are both 'new' style but so far very good.

The combat is a huge improvement and personally i love RPG elements.

yes because it wasn't already ridiculous with the aliens and the end of the world

Attached: 2018046235749.jpg (1920x1080, 300K)

it kept the magic shit to a minimum
you didnt see ezio being immune to fall damage, pulling off explosive AOE attacks, using flame swords

>Origins thread
>nobody mentions the Messenger segments from Isu tombs
brainlets.
also dlc2 is better than the main game
yes.
also Odyssey's first dlc ironically is PoP as fuck

Attached: totally not Cicada 3301.jpg (990x630, 452K)

I really like the direction both new games took.
And if they evolve the assassin target list from last game where you have to find clues about your targets it will be an amazing way to finally realize the idea of being an Assassin who needs to track his enemies and kill them.

Attached: assassins-creed-odyssey-hunting-cult.jpg (1920x1080, 476K)

This new Odyssey DLC gives more Isu lore than all the other games combined. It's such a shame that modern day story is so stupid and retardedly written.

it was cool when i realized the messages were meant for the present day

that's just a pop culture kind of thing

the first one is still the best Assassin game

Attached: 1537998353922.gif (260x281, 178K)

>Greek origins
>black
based retard

it's better when you realize they're directed to you, the Player
the Messenger isn't truly Isu lore tho.

>and they fucking went full fantasy with straight up monsters and magic
The mythological creature fights were some of the best parts in Odyssey though.

Attached: 2018105165746.jpg (2560x1080, 386K)

doesnt matter
they fucking raped the lore

Aya is based wife and mother desu

>this atlantis DLC insanity in Odyssey

I sort of love it

to be fair they can call all the mythological creatures "Animus glitches" due to how Layla Sue's animus works and you'd have the lore of Origins/Odyssey fixed

>lore
>assassins creed

Imagine being this retarded

You fight monsters in Odyssey Jesus are there assassin type missions in the game at least?

except I didnt enter a thread about a topic I dont enjoy and cry that people shouldnt enjoy it either

Inbred product of brother-sister incest going way way back.

>Caesar was the bad guy
yeah fuck origins

Attached: 803.png (600x470, 531K)

I'd say there's probably more in Odyssey than there was in Origins but most AC games these days pretty much force you into big fights you can't really avoid.

The actual stealthy assassinating isn't very fun.

Attached: 2018105213510.jpg (1920x1080, 492K)

we knew Amunet(aka Aya) killed Caesar back in 2, user

>Get to the end of AC2
>Minerva just dropping a bunch of things for Desmond as Ezio can't even comprehend the situation.
It's still a pretty great scene to see them talk directly to you (Or, Desmond in this case). Did they ever explain how they had the ability to see into the future? I don't seem to recall them ever doing it in the games prior to Unity, does Syndicate, Origins, or Odyssey go into their precognition?

I dont know but when Ezio realized what was going on and started talkin to Desmond in revelations it was peak video game kino

i swore off AC as a series and ubi games as a whole years ago. is origins actually good or is it just shilling?

read

depends, if you want Assassins creed, skip it
if you want a discount witcher 3, then go ahead

Everything about the ending was great overall. Especially the sendoff to Altair.

Are you implying that the Assassins (especially Aya) were wholly "good" guys?
Julius Caesar's assassination had heavy repercussions, not even the conspirators saw coming.

We truly are the Assassin's Creed Origins.

Origins is great, Odyssey is trash

I really liked revelations generally, much more so than brotherhood if I’m honest. Constantinople was a breath of fresh air after Rome, which felt kind of bland and homogenous after the varied Italian cities we got in 2.

And Odysseys

the road to Hell is paved with good intentions

>Odyssey is trash
Even Kassandra? You like her right?

She's ugly...but the way they made her eyes makes her appealing to me...is the eyes.

Personally I don't give a fuck about assasins creed lore, and never had, my issue is more the fact that there's already a million games with Greek heros and monsters in them. And because Asscreed fell for that meme, there is exactly 0 Greek games that try to be more authentic.

>Dude sparta kick
>Dude Medusa, Minotaurs, Cyclops, Sphinx
>Dude atlantis
>Dude King Leonidas is your grandpa
>Dude Pythagoras is your dad
>Dude Herodotus is your best friend

All this stupid pop culture trash shoved into one game. You can't even use a shield for fucks sake.

>Randomly heard about LOQO a few years ago
>Played it and got into Egyptian woman
>Been eyeing AC:Origins for a while because Cleopatra
Is it worth the money and time?

>You can't even use a shield for fucks sake.
Dude Leonidas spear your grandpa

No. Alexios/Kassandra are terribly one note characters and are only liked by meme spewing brainlets who like ""romance"" scenes
>Dude she said malaka she's so cute she's my waifu

The traitor queen in the DLC was hotter. Took a lot of screenshots of her.

>Took a lot of screenshots of her.

some nice breast on that

I give zero shits about the new modern storyline and I was still disappointed at the Atlantis ending. The main game can get addictive and I'd argue it's probably the most ambitious AC game since the first but these DLCs have C team written all over them.

Attached: 1563748488931.jpg (1137x640, 52K)

>tfw there is no game where you play as Epaminondas who is arguably the greatest Greek that ever lived.
>never get to btfo gay Spartans and dispel the notion of Spartan invincibility, going as far as pioneering an attack formation that is used when you are outnumbered.

Depends if you like AC series - not really.
If you are looking for really cool adventure game set in Egypt - go for it.
World and locations are awesome.
youtube.com/watch?v=DYTaenUUzlY

I don't give a flying fuck about AC series, just love Egyptian themed adventure. It's set in Ptolemix era so Pyramids and tombs are already really ancient.

Also 1st DLC (Hidden Ones) is shit, 2nd one is cool and explores Egyptian mythology, underworlds, mummies and curses.

Attached: louis-lavoie-hathortemple-03.jpg (1700x951, 466K)

It just looks like your average breast.

nice

Based retard. I also learn all my history from mainstream media.

>clearing forts through stealth or combat is pointless
>can just run past enemies to the objectives in plain sight since enemies just can't do anything to a moving target
Remember how agile soldier could catch up to the player and slow them down? Remember how soldier would create a wall to prevent enemies from running away? It's all gone now.

Attached: 1539300123185.png (600x581, 328K)

Cleopatra disgusts me. She was literally the prostitute queen of Egypt. Absolutely disgraceful.

I imagine the next game will have more supplementary mechanics like that once again.

It's being made by Ubisoft Montreal. Their last 2 games were AC Origins and before that Ac4 black flag. Now that the groundwork has been laid for their new RPG format, and they have their new Engine to work with, combined with all the feedback they have no doubt seen from Ubi Quebec's AC Odyssey, I think it's very likely the focus will be put on intricate mechanics, polish, and detail rather than on flashy action shit like Odyssey had.

She was just using the cards she was delt desu

>that fucking forced romance and baby in the odyssey dlc
what were they thinking?

If Odyssey is anything to go by, we ain't going more intricate. I have limited experience with Origins, having only playtested it for a week, but from what I've seen, Odyssey has been somehow streamlined, dumbed down.

She was a disgusting whore and didn't deserve the title of Queen. I'm glad she ended the way she did. Outwitted by an incel.

HOL' UP

Attached: WE.jpg (268x268, 28K)

Your acting like you wouldn't let her suck your cock desu she was beautiful.

there are a few ancient texts mentioning that she's not beautiful at all and considering how inbred the Greek royals in Egypt were that's not too far-fetched.

more like outwitted by a sperglord
because Augustus very probably had The Autism

Origins and Odyssey were made by 2 different studios.

Odyssey & Syndicate are Ubi Quebec.
AC4 and Origins are Ubi Montreal.

Everything prior to that was done by a team at Ubi Quebec that no longer exists

Odyssey was lead by Quebec, doesn't mean the influence of the other studios doesn't pass on. There so many cooks inside an Assassin's Creed game that studio identity doesn't really matter. Also, the gameplay elements are so modular that it doesn't matter who make the game, it's all the fucking same.

>Of all the words they could use, the reveal trailer starts with WE
Beautiful. Can you one shot enemies if you assassinate them or do you deal damage if they are too strong like in Odyssey?

From what I remember, you can nearly one shit all enemies with assassinations, as long as you are around the same level. It ain't as bad as Odyssey where most elite enemies require at least 2 critical assassinations to die.

b-but Yea Forums told me origins are WE WUZ KANGS liberal garbage

Attached: frank.gif (325x252, 891K)

Outrage culture warriors don't play video games, whether they are lefties or right wingers.

Gladly. As long as I can get her preggers.

>Odyssey was lead by Quebec, doesn't mean the influence of the other studios doesn't pass on.
You have no evidence of this. Certainly there are employees who have worked at both studios and whatnot. But they have distinctly different team leads with different ideas and values.

Ubi Quebec is making a new IP, "Gods and Monsters" because they want to continue doing the fantasy elements they introduced in Odyssey. Some of their previous work, AC Syndicate and AC3: The tyranny of king Washington also included fantasy / magical power elements. Flying, turning invisible, etc. To me that is clear evidence of a different mindset present in Ubi Quebec's work. Ubi Montreal (black flag, origins) has never done that sort of thing and i don't think they're about to start.

>no SFM of AssCreed Cleo or Civ6 Cleo
>painfully low amount of ancient Egypt smut in general that isn't furshit (or at least good furshit even)

Attached: anger.jpg (960x540, 79K)

Can somebody post that cringy cutscene where Ubisoft specifically wrote Bayek to capitulate to Aya as soon as you near the end of the game?
I found link in archive, but It was deleted from youtube.

I'd have to transfer the pics from my PS4 to USB then PC. Too lazy to do that

Attached: Isidora.jpg (1092x1006, 474K)

Do you even how corporate influence work? Studios like Ubi Quebec and Ubi Montreal have little to no Independence. It took over a decade before Ubi Quebec could actually have an input in what they are making, being forced into making trash like pic related. (It still amuses me to no end that this game is displayed in their lobby on their development history chart)

Attached: 1540818090631.jpg (333x333, 23K)

Are you kidding me? Origins had an entire fantasy based DLC. Origins had literal egyptian god fights. They had enemies in the main game that clearly relied on supernatural strenght/moves.

Quite fittingly I'm downloading this again after having removed it from my HDD a year ago. I think I'll give it another go.
I'd fuck her until she got sunburn on the bottom of her feet.

As dumb as saying anglos were ancient Egyptians or Romans.

I want her to denounce my small military.

The Gaelic Celts are descended from an ancient Egyptian princess:
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scota

Has anyone exported the models yet? I'd be willing to convert them if I could find them.

In the main game the god fights were explicitly non-canon "animus glitches" that no character comments on or acknowledges in any way. It's just for fun.

Also, there's a boss fight with Apep in the Duat, but that's a dream sequences where Bayek is drugged up.

>shadman

is this dlc worth a buy? i got the first one because it cheap and it was more of the same on a worse map

Not that I know of, but I'm not even sure where to begin searching.

Origins was the only AC game that I liked mostly because of the setting. I also liked that they changed the combat system (even though it still wasn't all that good)

Celts and anglos are not the same thing

Do you like Egyptian mythology and stuff from afterlife? In this DCL Bayek literally passes through gates of underworld and fights mummified pharaohs. They did is very well, regardless of what you think about it in AC series.

youtube.com/watch?v=G6xqWZQZZe4

>AC2 in The Ezio Collection looks like a complete mess when it comes to people with bulging eyes, weird looking bodies, miscolored body parts, eyelids melt into their faces, facial hair looks painted on, and so on.

>Even with all the patches it looks like that one screenshot taken of the very first Ezio scene with the hilarious looking guy standing next to the P'azzi.

>Meanwhile Brotherhood looks absolutely fantastic, Ezio looks like he should, the world looks like it gained a massive graphical upgrade even though AC2 already looked pretty nice with the environment, Ezio's clothes and reflections are great, most (Not all) NPCs lost the bug eye problem, Claudia looks normal, and so on.
How in the world did they mess up this badly with 2? I don't get it. Half the people looked like zombies with fake faces and in AC:B it's like there's no issue at all. It makes no sense for 2 have major graphical issues and then when you jump to Brotherhood it's all hunky dory. It makes even less sense because they had it happen again with AC3, what in the world happened? Rogue Remastered is like the only thing they didn't seem to mess up.

They didn't do too bad. They did quite well including the Ptolemaic ruling dynasty and their relationship with the native Egyptians. Also, it was great to actually hear Greek and Latin.

However, their portrayal of Caesar and especially Agrippa is pants on head retarded.

Also, fuck that last mission where they put ugly arbitrary spikes along the exterior of a beautiful Roman garden to prevent you from leaving the zone.

Is there any hot Egyptian girls left in the real world?

No, the culture and ethnicity has been lost to time. The descendants of memes and genes still exist but it's so watered-down that you'll never actually find a genuine ancient Egyptian.

Cleopatra isn't even egyptian.

>family resided in Egypt for generations
>unlike her family she actually supported traditional ancient Egyptain culture and religion
>ran on a platform of being an incarnation/avatar of the goddess Isis, one of the most important ancient Egyptian deities
She's more Egyptian than every Egyptian alive today

She was Egyptian. It's the same way how kids of all these immigrants who went to USA are now American. They have different origins, but still American nationality.

>>family resided in Egypt for generations
>>unlike her family she actually supported traditional ancient Egyptain culture and religion
You literally contradicted your own point in your own post.
Weren't the Ptolemies disgusting inbred freaks and the only reason Cleopatra was remembered was because she was a smart normal person instead?

The environments weren't as cool and a lot of the assets for copy-pasted from Origins down to the UI. Everything about Odyssey just felt like a B-team effort. It did have more waifus though.

FELLOW CITIZENS OF THE A/v/ENTINE!

I tuned out whenever I activated them. The VA sounds like some annoying faggot, and their dialogue is just awful.

>dude you can't comprehend our vast intellect lmao. listen to me technobabble and sputter undergrad philosophy

All of ancient Egyptain royal history is composed of disgusting inbred freaks, the Ptolemies were not unique in this. Cleo was intelligent, charismatic, and possibly beautiful, but it's impossible to know how physically attractive she was vs how much is propaganda (good or bad).

so...
Odyssey is just Origins-style combat with Black Flag-lite naval warfare and Brotherhood's area conquest?

I want fugg anything with a vagina

It's like origins but bigger with more quests. If you like origins you'll like odyssey but if you didnt like origins odyssey is just as bad.

I loved origins and hated Odyssey. It technically has more to do but it all feels lower quality. And way grindier

I just bought this, where does it rank?

I never gave a shit about Assassins Creed. Just wanted some Egyptian stuff. Origins was awesome. I don't care about the rest.

if only we got the first(or secone) Intermediate Periods...

Yeah I never gave a shit about assasins creed lore, I always just played them to explore and if the main character or story are good that's a bonus

did you notice AC had become less realistic since they jumped to the classic era? probably has something to do with having less and less sources about buildings and shit.
to be fair there are no Rhodes-tier statues

Origins was pretty realistic. Or at least as much as Asscreed can be

The small things add up. They removed a lot of little touches in Odyssey

Here's a comparison

Is there even a point with making a specific nation "win" the war in Odyssey?

Glad I wasn't the only one then. I mean Ody has great gameplay, it smoothed out everything I thought clunky of Origins.
But now I don't even feel as motivated to move on, the roads are pretty boring and the level scaling somehow got worse.
Origins had a decent time putting enemies at your level or a little more to be challenging but fast-paced. Combat lasts for like a couple minutes depending on the enemies and type.
But in Ody, I got stopped by like a bunch of guards who are 2-3 levels below me, either shredding my armor with hitstuns or armor moves and by the time I'm through them, I earned enough bounty for a merc around my level or higher to fucking 3-hit me. I'm also constantly going through weapons because it's not worth constantly maintaining Legendary drops because those resources and dosh can go into Navel upgrades. Origins had the right medium on crafting, still grindy but I now even miss that.
On top of that, DLC content in Origins were way past my expectations. The Hidden Ones was whatever, but it came with a nice Assassin robe, but the fucking Cursed City is so fucking awesome. A good chunk of worlds to explore, pretty looking designs and environments, and even the afterlife enemies stand out.

No because they'll change back on their own and Sparta wins IRL

Are there some Egyptian temples and shit? How's the world?

Temples, tombs, pyramids, caves. Literally everything. Also modern times section is set in cave that serves as a tomb for our ancient character. You can visit this cave in ancient era and MC will comment that he wants to be buried there.

Deal!

>Why is ancient egypt so sexual?
>Cleopatra
>ancient egypt.

That's just fuckin' wrong.

>chose Odyssey over Origins
Feel a bit cheated. I didn't expect the game to be so dumbed down, even by Ubisoft standard.

Are there any different areas in Odyssey? So far every single area has been exactly the same. Just finished up everything in Athens btw

>1 century BC
>not ancient
Ancient era lasted from fuck knows when till pretty much the fall of Rome.

Lokris is pretty unique, with it red lake and white beaches.

Cleopatra is considered the very end of ancient Egypt, this is basic shit user.

Cleopatra was alive a full three hundred years after the end of the ancient eras. Ancient Egypt is characterized as BEFORE the Ptolemaic dynasty.

Kinda literally the last pharaoh.

What a nonsense. Ancient times end when middle ages begin, somewhere near 500AD.

>wikipedia as a source.

Both of you are fucking wrong, but lets all be retarded.
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/History_of_ancient_Egypt
>The history of ancient Egypt spans the period from the early prehistoric settlements of the northern Nile valley to the Roman conquest, in 30 BC.

What happened to her then? Is there a tomb of Cleopatra?

user, I know its hard to live with a extreme case of retardation but that is not made by shadman.

You can't make headcannons for real life, user

Really? How?
