Depends in the person. I know an elitist contrarian know-it-all that has a good chance of not getting along swimmingly with themselves.
Personally I'd get along well enough with a clone but we would probably have the most dry conversations possible, more of a vidya and going-out buddy than something to really talk to. We'd also never actually meet on our own, and if introduced, wouldn't contact further in fear of "bothering" the other person.

Partners need things in common, yes, but they also need differences for the relationship to be healthy.
Someone needs to lead the relationship, and if both parties are 1:1 the same, you run into one of two scenarios.
Either neither person wants to assert dominance so they both do jack shit and lead passive, boring lives, or both want to be in charge and butt heads on literally every issue no matter how important or insignificant.
