been there for years, it'll get better. I still really struggle to gain followers on twitter but now that I have a few thousand the natural gain is usually enough to counteract those loses. Pixiv gains far quicker than Twitter though because a lot of Twitter is who you know rather than what you know, the people who consistently retweet each others work and get retweeted by larger artists have a far larger reach and gain far more followers. Hard to gain as a solitary artist.
