you just dont like games anymore.

I don't know how you even made it that far in, I dropped it and refunded after an hour

>whistles for magic horse

lmao if you think witcher 3 is a slog never play the first, it's actual shit

Unfortunately the witcher series of game is so purely Euro that dumb americans cannot understand it,no matter how hard they try.
I'm sorry that you wasted your money, maybe next time you should buy something more to your taste, like CoD or Battlefield

>he fell for the witcher meme

it doesn't

Wiedźmin jest kurwa chujowy, nie masz gustu

Medallion's humming
Place of power... gotta be

popieram, wiedzmin 3 to najchujowsza gra pozdro

I pirated it so I dont give a fuck

based
wzdryganie

That means you barely began the tutorial. Good job, AD/HD.

lol he really does seem autistic how he mentions when his medallion hums

Might just not be for you user. The game is really good.

I finished it, and still had no grasp of how to play because it was useless. I made it to that awful looking brick stronghold after fucking around with some drowners, spoke to some faggots, never touched that snoozefest again.

Took me quite a while to get into it, but 12 hours? Nah, you just don’t like it. Go ahead and stop.

what is "really good" about it? the only thing from my experience that I would say is really good is some of the voice acting and cut scene animations

main game is shit and a drag.
the 2 expansions/DLCs is where the goodness is

Witcher 3 is a game you play on easy for the story. It functions as a collection of stories and anecdotes from a fantasy world. The main story is the most dull part of the game.
If that's not what you're looking for you should have bought another game.

shitty ass overrated babbys first "RPG", gotta be...

No, the best part of the game is the beginning and baron in the swamp, and if you don't like that you aren't going to like the rest because it's like 10 times worse and to add up to it the story goes to shit.
The dlc are better, but the first one is a walking simulator and the second one suffers a lot of the same problems the main game did.

why even play it then? I could just watch gameplay on youtube

Have you played the first two witcher games? No? Then no wonder you consider it boring.

Attached: -10535.jpg (602x521, 82K)

Because it's a game and watching it isn't that as playing it. It's like asking why go to Vienna when you can look at a video from it.

Why do CDPRfags pretend TW1 is some misunderstood masterpiece?

Witcher series are RPG games with heavy story driven gameplay. The exposition to the world is all in the first game only. Without it there is zero reason to care about the characters or plot in the 3rd game.

All the fags complaining about 3rd game being boring are equivalent of fags reading the book from middle and then being angry at the book not being coherent.

Wanna experience witcher 3 in full glory? Then fucking go and play first game first. Its still charming after all these years. Just use HD overhaul mod.

12 isnt enough, you need to be minimum 50 into it

>i had no grasp how to play
>after that tutorial

maybe you should play with some blocks and see if they will fit in different shaped holes?

this, playing witcher 3 is like watching the last hour of star wars 6

A whorehause

Attached: downloadfile-2.jpg (2560x1440, 532K)

It gets good once you romance Ciri

You're either too young or too old for video games. Either way it's time to call it quits and grab a rope

Witcher 2 is the best Witcher game. Only boomer retards shill W1.

What if I hate star wars and lord of the rings? Should I play the witcher 3?

yeah

>play previous games
>read books
>simply fuck off

no, it's bad

No.

TW1 was fucking amazing.
2-3 were raped console zoom zoom shit.

>17 years old
Henry's definitely smashing.

bros..

I haven't played the first two and I still greatly enjoyed the third

YOU JUST KNOW

What can i say? You would enjoy it even more if you played the previous ones.

honestly, what's the point when you don't look like him?

>im about 12
true

If you don't like it within the first few hours you probably won't ever like it. I enjoyed it immensely right from the first town in the prologue. I really got into its slow pace at times and found the game extremely comfy for a lot of its duration.

I actually enjoyed questlines and dialogue as well. The combat was servicable enough.

>hurr I'd rather have my horse stay where I left is so I have to back track every time I want to save time on traveling

holy shit, it's so obvious that they fucked

Game is absolute kino from the start so if you hate it right now just drop it.

>no one will ever look at you this way

>12 hours in and it feels like a slog.
The game is good, you're just retarded.

i must have beat this game like 7 times. don't forget to upgrade and repair your gear op, dont forget to look for and drink your potions op, dont forget to use your signs op

It's not really an RPG.

The world is not immersive at all. NPCs don't react believably to you as a character. The combat is dull and unchallenging (even on death march) and the loot system is beyond terrible. Oh great, you found the blueprints and crafted a slick set of witcher armour? Cool, now go level up 10 fucking levels before you can put it on because... Because fuck you.

All that said, I still managed to play through for the story, atmosphere, lore and overall setting alone. It falls flat as a proper RPG game but there's so much to do, a lot of decent (story and lore wise) quests and in general it's a very pretty and 'comfy' game.

If the game world actually reacted to you in some meaningful way... Say if you actually got in shit for stealing stuff or people actually moved about the world on their own errands (instead of standing in the same spot 24/7) it'd be much more interesting.
If they'd actually developed a thorough and weighty combat system and allowed you to use different playstyles and removed level restrictions on loot so that each and every fight was engaging and fun... It'd deserve most of the praise it gets.
If it's a slog for you at 12 hours, which I understand why it would be, it's only going to get worse because you're literally going to be doing the exact same things over and over for the next 30-40 hours.

Never. It has some of the worst combat and gameplay of any modern rpg.

this hit the nail on the head as far as issues I have with the game world goes. perfectly said

nah, geralt will be a fag in the series
since every single writer is a sjw

You'd become a fag too if both of your love interests looked like this

Tutorial island takes like 30min max.
Also using the "its a tutorial" excuse. If a game doesnt get fun within 30min its not worthwhile.

I went as far as the baron and it was never entertaining, there are like 3 enemies in the entire game and the combat is literally the same the entire time. Spam leftclick, dodge a little, use an Igni and win the game, on 2nd hardest difficulty.

Even went as far as to mod it recently, ~100 mods, still no fun. (biraitbec modlist)

So it's a Bethesda game

>If a game doesnt get fun within 30min its not worthwhile
Not that user, but I strongly disagree. As I get older I have increasingly limited time to play games so I really understand your sentiment - I want a game to be fun out of the box. However, if I look at my favorite games of all time, almost none of them get good in the first hour. It's very difficult to make fun tutorials, so the only games that start off fun are the ones that do not have very deep gameplay mechanics.

I've never played Witcher 3, so I'm not referring specifically to that game, but I think that you would miss out on the majority of good games by making up your mind in only 30 minutes.

>"Drowning in Danger" Complete AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

And what are some of these games?

I know Fallout 4 gets interesting after about an hour of playing. Yeah its not a RPG like New Vegas, but its a fun Sandbox, especially modded.

No. It's the epitome of what's wrong with the industry.
