I love imagining being a simple crewmember on a fuckhuge starship. I was watching some dorky enterprise from TNG that someone made in unity or something and it made me want a simulation game in that same vein so bad. Not necessarily star trek, could be anything.

I've seen some streamers play some but never bothered finding out the names of the games. Some stuff where a bunch of players fill different roles on a ship and go around running / fixing things.
But if all you want is playing a mundane crew member doing mundane tasks, on a station instead of a ship, there's Visceral Cleanup Detail.
