Is there a single Soulsborne main character stronger than Sekiro?
And I'm referring to Double Immortal Oath Okami "Sekiro" with the three secret Ninjutsu Techniques and plenty of Spirit Emblems (with all of the Esoteric Texts mastered) equipped with Kusabimaru plus the Mortal Blade and full control of the Shinobi Prosthetic and all Pray Beads, a complete set of Memories, with Kuro's Charm on his person so he can perform Deflect Dancing as well as being extremely skilled in stealth and cheesing with Shinobi Tools.
all of them because none of the other ones have to play patty cake with the enemy for ten minutes before hurting them
Samuel Baker
The bosses in Sekiro are all more intelligent and skilled than the rabble from the other games if not physically/magically as powerful. Proper sword play is the only real way to open them up for a killing blow. If Sekiro was dropped into Lordran with it's mindless hollows he would clean shop in an afternoon.
Josiah Davis
Yes. All of them. They don't have to tire their enemies out because they hit like comparative shit brickhouses. All the Souls protagonists become superhuman attributes bestowed to them by Firekeepers/Dolls/etc. Sekiro gets this too, but the process is much slower, much later, and much less dramatic. To be fair, they could never catch Sekiro... maybe Hunter could shoot him out of the air though.
Elijah Walker
you can get much stronger with all the other souls characters because they are rpgs
Andrew Ramirez
William from Nioh harnesses the power of cheese, so he wins.
Nicholas Brooks
But could he face the mightiest warriors of Drangleic?
I can accept that he would be on the weaker end physically, but everything else makes up for it, and if the Mortal Blade can put down Undead for good, that alone would be GG for Chosen Undead and Cursed Undead, maybe Slayer of Demons if we count him too.
Ethan Walker
I'm pretty sure the curse of undeath in the dark souls universe, where it's tied to the cyclical nature of the universe itself, is a lot harder to break than just garden variety undeath.
Kevin Howard
if Sekiro were in a souls game wouldn't he be able to riposte you every time he deflected you'd probably die immediately if you had to fight him as a souls character
Andrew Ward
wouldn't mean a thing for the slayer of demons, he isn't even undead, his soul is trapped by the nexus. He'd just go be a ghost for a while and get a whole new body.
Cameron Russell
>Soulsborne
Shouldn't it be called Soulsbornekiroring now?
Julian Hall
The mortal blade cannot kill the Good Hunter: it's not a body your killing. The Slayer of Demon's is bound to the Nexus by a monumental binding. Slayer of Demon's also has weapons that cannot be blocked which would be an issue. Those 3 are all debatable.
Levi Nelson
Anyone wearing the jester chest and twirling around with a twinblade might give him a bit of trouble, plus Das2 actually had poise so Sekiro's couldn't just stunlock them with his infinite stamina. The Cursed Undead might be one of the tougher ones in general.
Samuel Mitchell
>Is there a single Soulsborne main character stronger than Sekiro? Sekiro is a fucking parry scum, he would die over and over to any other soulsborne main character >I actually miss DaS2.png this
Sekiro was barely able to beat some random westerner that was decked out in superior western armor. He had to use the environment and trickery to manage a victory. What makes you think he'd stand a chance against any Souls protag, that would not only have western armor, but magic, and a full arsenal of other weapons as well?
Dominic Stewart
he can take advantage of the shitty souls camera and get a stealth deathblow on them from above
Jack Watson
>LITERALLY can do no damage to a dude in regular Knight attire Couldn't get past first boss in ds3
Aiden Brooks
>No fake heir rice Fatal mistake pup
Jordan Flores
based and truth pilled, if it was Armored Dude vs Wolf, Wolf loses every time.
Christopher Reed
yeah shura sekiro with both the red and black mortal blades, full control over the dragons blood and the waters of rejuvenation, an endless supply of rice, and lord kuro constantly making the rice into sweet rice balls
running firestorm moveset glitched demons souls guy is the strongest followed by prepatch das1 guy.
Matthew Bailey
There's a cliff in that arena so he'd be fine.
>dies so much the guy he's fighting gets dragon rot Ha, even if he loses he'll still win eventually!
Hunter Foster
The Souls protags can do this too, even if you know they're there.
Levi Young
>Inferiority complex being throught he roof in this thread Fucking white bread, every fucking time. I don´t even like Sekiro, but that faggot ninja can kill every fucking DS boss.
Aaron Wilson
>RFS > greater then pre-patch DS1. No. You seem to forget that pre-patch DS1 guy has infinite insta-cast TWoP and GMS stops literally 100% of all damage.
Angel Hernandez
could sekiro lightning reversal soul of cinder's big lightning projectile attack
Jackson Ward
Pretty sure Nioh could beat him
Hunter Richardson
How about Sekirborneldesouls?
Anthony Evans
Soulsvania would be more accurate
Christopher Hughes
Why is Wolf's "Hmmm" so pleasing to listen to Also Kuro's voice in general, especially when he's thinking
Don't see why not, same for all other lightning attacks. Although miracles were never that great for damage I don't think. Beyond that though, basically every spell from every school from every game is slow as shit for someone like Sekiro, the only ones that might give him trouble are soul spear and DeS/DaS1 Soul Ray/Arrow. Casters would be utterly fucked against him.
Andrew Parker
Sekiro was such a disappointment
Many of the boss fights are fun with the back and forth bumper dance but so much about it was tedious, and prosthetics were such a let down
Camden Ross
Asian "masculinity" poster detected. Sekiro is a manlet Jap that would get wrecked in any European inspired setting. His shitty pig iron weebstick alone wouldn't be able to penetrate the armor of even the starting enemies in any souls game.
Easton Lee
God I miss the butterfly set so much. Nothing got me more hatemail than stunlocking shitters with a poisoned rapier.
T-that doesnt work on Bloodborne guns. You cant block bullets with weeb blade, haha.
Easton Campbell
Sekiro with Kuro's Charm can parry bullets or even just block them, with a katana of all things, next.
Jackson Green
The only advantage the Good Hunter really has over Sekiro is how many blood vials he can carry at once and that if he does get a viseral attack off it'll probably be a insta kill (although after resurrecting Sekiro wouldn't fall for the same move again). With no armor and good but not good enough speed it's not looking good for him.
Grayson Gomez
>You can't parry magic >Sekiro also has 0 iframes >Sekiro would take a bunch of chip damage from enchanted weapons since he can only deflect, ie blocking/parrying >Sekiro has 0 poise >Sekiro does baby damage and posture does not exists in other souls titles
He's pretty weak honestly.
Lincoln Perez
The fact that Sekiro can sneak up on people gives him a significant advantage.
Without getting super over leveled I’d say maybe a BB character with good blood gems. Lots of DPS and I-frames.
Aaron Jones
but sekiro has a grappling hook. that makes many darks souls battles completely onesided in his favor, nevermind his ninja weapons. he could just fucking cook a guy in armor with the flame breath
And Sekiro has a sword literally made to kill immortals, good point in his favor isn't it?
Aaron Howard
Doesn't the Ashen One basically become a god after the Usurpation ending?
Cameron Torres
>no iframes Are you certain of this? I'm pretty sure he has a few iframes around the start of his dodge
John Howard
Lore-wise it would depend on if they're in a dream or not. Inside of a dream then the Hunter wins. Outside then I'm genuinely not sure. Maybe Wolf since he has the best swordplay of the bunch?
Gameplay-wise then it's Chosen Undead. Full stop. Poise just crushes everything.
John Rogers
>souls protag >kill sekiro repeatedly >suddenly get dragonrot and can't respawn at bonfires
Evan Long
this thread is pure autism
Jayden Jenkins
Very few. Basically any soulsbourne PC has a lot more.
Chase Cook
>made to kill immortals >cant kill the divine heir Yeah, okay bud, sure
Owen Miller
Maybe, but Sekiro in the Shura ending canonically becomes an immortal fire demon wielding the only weapons capable of killing him.
Ethan Robinson
>You hear you lose
Gavin Roberts
Thankfully, Sekiro wouldn't look so fucking retarded when blocking the bullets. If nothing else, at least all Soulsborne games can be appreciated for toning down the weeaboo levels to something not instantly cringey.
