I guess RDM is the obvious job for me, isn't it? It's the only job I know of that lets you be a melee DPS and a ranged DPS, so you get the best of both worlds. I just kind of don't like the "look" of RDM. Like it's alright I guess.

DRK looks cool, but I feel like I'd enjoy GNB more since I've been told that it's more burst damage and has a DPS feel to it compared to DRK. On the other hand I feel like DRK has way cooler looking gear. I honestly like things about both classes. BUT I'm also kind of looking at BLM as well soooo....ugh.

in my experience pick what looks the flashiest since once you spend enough time with any job you can just reduce it to "press this then that so that you can unlock X mode and then press other buttons until you have to press the first buttons again"
Healing being the one exception since it's about being both proactive and reactive, but then you just feel like you're babysitting everyone.

8/10 if you make melee dps MNK instead of SAM. Not enough punchy boys around. BLM is the aoe god right now as well so good pick there. MCH looks way better now and its dps is fantastic. Love me some edgelord DRK too but I'm biased. WHM is best healer right now as well.

Superbolide is still better than Living Dead. In the event that does happen, you have 2 and a half gcds to bring them back up. Whereas with living dead, it only becomes active when you actually go below 0 hp, which is rarely immediately after use, then you have to rush that person back to 100% while fighting the incoming damage that brought them that low to begin with. Fuck Living Dead and fuck all the GNB whiners who actually think their CD is bad.
