Use a standing desk while you game

Buy me one.

Fuck no, I'm gonna lie in bed and game

What should I use when I book?

I am planning to buy one. I use one at work and it is nice.

No, no I don't think I will. Instead I shall sit in my room playing video games and growing fatter and paler until I die.

Typing a text or browsing web is fine for a little amount of time while standing.

Gaming standing is literally horrible.

>He can't take a break to stretch for 5 to 10 minutes
You only have yourself to blame

My legs are not the same length and therefore standing has been hell for me ever since I could walk. No thanks.

No, I use one at work and I´m on my feet for most of the day. I want to be comfy at home.I do own an adjustable desk though and I do use the standing setting sometimes, when I´m on a holiday and would probably sit too much during the day for example.

I cant even imagine
That literally sounds like a torture they'd use in hell to me

I'm planning to get one. I hate having to sit for extended periods of time.

Can confirm, standing desks are amazing.

Why, are you like 500 pounds or something? You get used to it fairly quickly. You just need to set your shit up correctly, just like with sitting desks. Get an adjustable one.

I bought an exercise ball and now alternate between sitting on the ball and sitting in my chair
Either way, I get up and walk around enough for the chair to not be as much of a problem anymore

same but I have flat feet instead of fucked legs
but I also can't afford a good chair so I'm just fucked

>putting all that unnecessary strain on your knees

Standing desks are only good if you use your computer for 15 minutes a day.

>standing desk
>not putting your pc really low and squatting in front of it
c'mon, you can do better

What's the mat for? In case you don't have a floor?

>not suspending yourself from the ceiling

its for flying you idiot. The table is flying too. What did you think?

>He doesn't have an adjustable desk so he can do his squats while gaming
Never gonna make it

Is there a standing desk that doesn't look like it belongs in a fucking hospital? I'd rather use an Ikea desk than that ugly piece of shit

I don't have a desk at home but kinda want to try one of these at work; the thing is, I don't want my boss to by one then catch me sitting on my fat ass.

shut the fuck up teen

I'm 24 you sick fuck

i want an adjustable one, but they cost too much for my neet ass

>sitting kill your back
>standing kill your knees
life is suffering

Just get a good office chair built for long sessions like an aeron/mirra/leap/gesture.

That's why you get a standing desk that can be lowered into a sitting one and alternate between the two.

He's shopping for desks because he realized how retarded standing desks are.

>did you know if you recline, all back issues from sitting posture vanish

I want to get a standing desk converter but even something that raises my monitors and keyboard/mouse is ridiculously expensive for such a basic function. Why are Jews like this?

I have an adjustable desk. If my ass starts hurting I stand up, if my legs start hurting then I sit down. ez pz

Just do both.

i use my ironing board as a standing desk. my normal desk is too tall when i sit down, so its uncomfortable just to sit, but its too short to use while standing.

Hell no!
In bed with controller > at desk with kb+m >standing (which I only do for VR and even that's a chore)

Just wear insoles and do exercise. I have flat feet and I still play soccer every week

>controller
lel

>work

>Just wear insoles and do exercise
That requires not being a lazy fatass.

If I could draw in bed I would never leave it. I workout seven times a week I don't need to worry about standing desk malarkey.

You really shouldn't, standing in place is as bad as sitting, you trade the cardiovascular disadvantages of sitting for a bunch of musculoskeletal issues from prolonged standing
the real redpill would be a treadmill desk

I do but they still hurt after like an hour of standing
it'd probably be unbearable if I didn't wear insoles and was a fat ass but still I would never be able to use a standing desk

i simply cant find a comfortable position for gaming with a keyboard and mouse. when i use Yea Forums i use my old shitty laptop. but for gaming on my PC, I just cant bear using KB/M. I need to use a controller. Theres just nothing comfortable about gaming like it. I feel like you need a really perfect, precise height and angle of your desk, or it feels like shit

>standing is bad for you but walking isn't

Walking naturally works out kinks in your back and is the best way to get rid of some aches in that area, no shit

i have one at my job (it's the adjustable kind) but rarely every use it in standing mode. i just can't focus as well when i'm standing for some reason unless i'm doing some really braindead shit.

>not having a standing desk+treadmill combo

No

>Why, are you like 500 pounds or something?
You realise different weight distributions and musculature can make prolonged standing difficult too, right? It's not just body mass.
