Just reduce carbohydrates to a small portion per meal and increase protein and fat consumption (good fat, like animal, real butter or coconut oil. Seed oils are cancer). The protein and fat will give you energy and satiate your hunger.
Remember. The only way to build fat is high glucose + high insulin, and carbohydrates are what makes you produce high amounts of glucose.
>tfw do 5km jog twice a week + 40 push ups and 40 squats six days a week (which I'll increase with time)
>tfw used to be 130kg, now 70ish, 42 BMI to 24ish
>tfw going to a con next week and not being the fat dude taking up the entire aisle
>tfw do 5km jog twice a week
5km would be 20min for me pathetic anime poster.
Congratulations on your self-improvement, user. Keep it up.
>used to be 130kg
doesn't matter how much you lose, you will still be a worthless piece of shit. you won't get any compliments here.
it's nothing to be proud of to lose that much weight, because you literally couldn't stop eating fat food in the first place.
