It was a bit slow but for a 3D beat-em-up where you progress based on the cool factor of your kills it did a good job.
Also the Korra game's final boss was actually really good and made up for some of the game's extremely blatant budget restraints.

Korea's final boss was trash, a mishmash of reused assets and definitely wasn't worth the rest of that snoozefest of a game. Madworld had no good mechanics. It had neat ideas and presentation but the execution leaves much to be desired. Max Anarchy did the gameplay better.

the action ranges from ok to good. its not amazing in the action department but there are a few moments of brilliance. but everything else except the graphics is pretty god tier. i say play it.

Nier is a fun game. Story is a bit on the weird side. Music is great. It is overrated, but people saying it is shit are exaggerating because they can.
