In the real world I'm a well-payed senior software developer and the work day is actually 7.5h + 0.5h optional break time. I don't need to come in early or stay late, overtime is actually discouraged because the company doesn't want to pay you more and believes you should be capable enough to finish your work within the time written down in your contract. I'm sorry if your job is so shit that they force you to work an extra 3h each day.

Unless you have shit labour laws in your country, you can earn a few hundred dollars a week in part time work and still have plenty of time to play vidya. Also you might be able to talk your manager into letting you take the graveyard shift where there's less work and better pay, because all the teenagers have school/uni the next day.

This, my job is union and by contract my job has to let me leave at the hours im shceduled for. they cant keep me for overtime against my will, only ask me and if i volunteer then its on me. Of course i do though since voertime here is 23 per hour, so 5 hours a week is another cool 100

And multiple studies also show that too much sleep is also bad for you. Don't live the way studies tell you to and just follow a sleep schedule that works for you.
