i've been thinking about starting but I honestly don't know if I want to do iop or huppermage so i've just been doing research and pondering on it

some quests on the monoaccount server (where everyone plays anyway) are pretty much impossible because of competition between players and resources, such as the emerald dofus
the market is extremely active and you'll sell stuff in either minutes or some faggot will lower the price by 1 kama instantly

dofus despite being on a more dated engine has x5 the content of wakfu and progressing isn't as grindy as wakfu is, once you hit 125 on wakfu it becomes a fucking chore
most of people I knew including myself stopped playing around that point.
on dofus you can get to 200 in maybe 1-2 months with quests, achievements and if you know what you're doing
wakfu doesn't really have much end game content either and the updates are much less frequent than dofus, it took wakfu an entire year to get a new class while dofus already had it
they promised a server merge but that never happened, it's just in a coma state right now

wakfu is nothing compared to ilyazelle, back when I played wakfu I could barely find what I needed on the market, and shit took days to sell, if you go around you can see how empty it is

well iop, cra and sacriers are usually your go-to noob classes, especially sacriers since the latest rework that got released 2 weeks ago, they're also pretty brain dead to play so dunno if you'll find them any fun
right now sacriers are a bit too strong and many people are already whining about it so expect a nerf anytime soon
They pretty much replaced air osas, osa also got reworked so I don't know how good they are right now

I used to play Dofus like 12 years ago, gave Wakfu a try now and the game feels amateurish (like Dofus), it's empty and repetitive. To be fair, I also gave Dofus a replay and I found it just as boring as Wakfu, so I guess I must have gotten old.
