they're both godawful shit made to turn the game into Skyrim and add 4000 different forms of useless minutia. use fcr3 and download a mod to make the combat animations quicker, the better targeting mod and a deadly combat mod to eliminate the damage sponge enemies. if you want a better economy style and item overhaul, download LOOT
