how long is a playthrough on easy? I heard story is supposed to be really good but I can't into the social stuff and dungeon crawling. Soundtrack is good so far but I don't know if it's worth the time.

Tartarus is an absolute nightmare preventing me from every playing it again, 250 fucking floors of shit
Some of the mini bosses are annoying as hell and grinding isnt fun as per usual
The game is almost exclusively dungeon crawling and social stuff so if you dont like them then watch the movies, it covers the story without you playing. You could also watch a youtube playthrough but thats boring as fuck.
Dont play/watch "the answer" after the main game is done, its not worth it, it just ruins it all

story and soundtrack is great, the gameplay is fine but the grinding is fucking awful.
the actual bosses are really good fun
the best part is the characters grow during the story and separately from the MC. P4 and 5 has all the characters dick suck the MC and have no character development until you do their social links
in P3, social links expands more on the character as the MC gets involved with them
