Sighthound is a real word but I totally agree with you. I remember reading somewhere that Japanese have a really low proficiency in English in comparison to their general intelligence, which I why you get horrible typos in messages and on screens in anime. They also probably do it because they think it might make their game seem more edgy and "sophisticated", but it really is just a load of horeshit that makes no sense and filters out all the biased weebs who think "OH MY GOD JAPANESE ARE SO CREATIVE XDDD"

Never played any of the older ones but the three made for PS2 4, 5, and Zero are some of my favorite games ever. Imagine like an anime Top Gun world. Games take place in an alternate world Strangereal with its own countries and history. The new one is also very good and looks amazing especially on PC.

The gameplay has remained the same since AC3, that's really not a problem since the gameplay is perfect. Give it a chance, it's great fun. Make sure to set the controls to expert since those are the same as the PSX controls.
