Sorry, I'm not a fag.

This
Buy a good microphone and a good pair of headphones instead of paying more than both combined for a lesser quality headset

For me, it's the Beyerdynamics DT 770 Pro

Yeah i fell for the meme sadly
Good clear audio quality m8

I prefer headphones that were made with human ears in mind

Sennheiser G4me Zero connected to a 100W 4ohm receiver/amplifier. Have not been able to find headsets that perform better in the same price range.

perform or sound?

razer kraken aka the bass eardrum destroyer 9000?

I wear glasses and never felt they were uncomfortable

That would be the DT 770's. Here's how a good headphone should sound.

Same thing to me, I don't mean MUH LOUD BASS when I say perform, I mean "make sounds sound proper"

Well yeah that's what my mmx300 sounds too

proper or clear there s a difference

Some 15 bucks piece of crap I bought at Game from their own brand like three years ago. The sound is decent for the price and they are holding up well. They also outlasted every other, more expensive headsets and headphones.

The problem with the G4me Zero is that you do need an amp to make it sound proper (even the new version with lower ohm rating - the one with detachable cable). I only have this combo because I have some amps/receivers laying around.

Audeze Mobius. Planar closed back, actually working virtual surround with head tracking, a lot of connectivity options including bt.
Though mic is shit and I use external one.

Siberia 650.
They're comfy. Tried several fancy-ass 300€ headphones and nothing even compared.

hows the EQ? my arctis 7 sound like shit, tinny honestly in comparison with studio headpohnes

HD 558s

All I need. I've debated whether or not I should buy something more expensive, but then I realize these headphones are the most comfortable ones I've ever owned, and the sound is so good that they really don't leave me wanting anything more.

I'm no audiophile, but everything sounds as clear as I would expect.

nothing tinny? or "compressed"?

EQing won't save you from such a horrible headphone

I don’t really use headsets for console gaming. My headset game in general is pretty weak. Im using that cheap red Logitech one for all my PC shenanigans

>Audio
Bose QuietComfort 35 II
>Mic
Shitty inbuilt webcam mic

The headphones were mainly for listening to miusic while out and about, but they're more than good enough for gaming (usually without the noise cancelling turned on).
