When Nintendo was doing super poorly, SMT was on Playstation, now that PS is imploding in Japan(the only market Atlus demonstrably cares about) I don't see why that paradigm should hold up.

Atlus almost never reveals shit at TGS or E3. They always show their own stuff on their own events and livestreams.

Well it's been in full development for over a year now going by news put out in February 2018 so there will likely be something shown at TGS.
