My headcanon is that Power Suit Samus murders every bit of waifushit, from Bayonetta to even her doppelganger zero suit, and then proceeds to completely remake her series so it's completely free of disgusting sex fanservice. Then, and only then, would the galaxy finally be at peace.

It's based off of a scene from the Jojo manga, which is read right to left like almost all Japanese printed media. Thus, even though it was probably made by an American, the sequence goes in the usual Manga sequence of events instead of the usual western Comic book sequence.

King K. Rool tries to cheese it up with the other large villains, usually unsuccessfully. He gets along with Ridley for mutual genocidal ambitions and never ever status, and Bowser for being fellow royalty and being more of a clowny douche than a real villain.

Waluigi has actually always have been receiving invitations to Smash since Melee. Wario even tried to convince him one. He's proven himself to be quite the skilled fighter, so much so he managed to beat up Bowser in that one Mario party Game. The only reason he doesn't appear is because he prefers to play tennis, isn't much of a fighter. Plus he fears that he'd be way too good for everyone else, it would just be unfair. And the one he recived for SSBU he gave to Daisy mainly as a gift, because behind the scenes they're actually really good plutonic friends who help each other out. Waluigi does have feelings for her, but keeps it to himself because he knows she's currently romantically involved with Luigi and respects her choices and boundaries.

My Persona fanboy headcanon now that Joker is in the game is that the World of Light in Smash Ultimate is the original kid who was playing with toys' Palace. alright so you may or may not know me as that rosterfag with the wireframe "Omake" character in the bottom right, this is him in full.

basically, he's an incomplete entity in the smash bros. universe and the leader of the wireframes. unable to escape his pain of incompleteness, he also can't escape his world of wireframes. he can however send minions to the fighters realm, but only generic male and female looking one's back in the events of melee, the crystal ball in the bottom of Battlefield in melee is the portal that allows him to send wireframe's there, this however is actually unknown to the two hands.

eventually after the events of ultimate's world of light, Omake grows tired of being locked forever in pain, and wants to assimilate everything in the video game universe into simple wireframes and broken data like he is, to make everyone suffer with him, even planning to make all the smash characters into wireframe minions basically he's the main villain of a potential subspace 2 and it's up to the heroes and villains of smash to stop him. he also becomes a playable character when you defeat him in story mode

Bowser Jr.'s relationship with the other kid fighters (except some of the Inklings) is, for lack of a better term, Cartman-esque (or just generally a "friendly enemy")
He does legitimately want to be friends with Mega Man, but his warped view of things, due to being both a child and raised by Bowser, causes him to not understand why Mega Man doesn't like his job/fights in the same way most of the other heroes barring cases like Snake do.

Very few villains are on the cast and even most of them are kinda just 'Team Rocket' levels of evil like Dedede.

Ganondorf at least has some sympathetic qualities to him despite being a monster. Ridley and Dark Samus, however, have zero redeeming qualities and would be reviled by nearly the entire roster.

I say Ridley because he was a boss monster in Brawl who tried to murder everybody.
