Am I just going on the wrong worlds or areas? I have almost 80 hours into the game now and I'm about to put the finishing touches on my CC support Sarah for PvP. I keep hearing about these players and how godly they are but I've only seen 2 of them the whole time and both times were at a drop party they were hosting near the Jaw Breaker Bar.

God Rolfs typically will look like normal Rolfs because their godhood is only ever exploitable in the "Broken Reality" area where they can farm almost infinitely due to their Scam resetting every kill.
They are also banned from mass raids or PvPs because the devs figured out that maybe allowing a characters who's whole gimmick is literally teleporting everywhere and using scam arts that can nearly one shot everyone isn't too balanced when you're dealing with 20+ people on each side.

God Rolfs thrive on 1v1 PvP arenas and mega-farming/grinding for high tier loot which is why they have the most drop parties. I one time got a Kevin's motorbike wheel in "Perfection" quality from it. Sold that shit for 4 whole jaw breakers.

For real. Why isn't anybody else talking about this? I started playing back when they first released on steam.

And don't say I deserve it for starting so late. It's bullshit.

Scam and the process of Scamming is a unique process to the game and is pretty much the whole reason why this game has been around as long as it's been.

Scam would basically be considered your "mana" in most games but instead of being based on inherent stats it's based on the money on you character and it's available usage depending on the character. There is an eventual limit you can hit and it will replenish over time due to your "allowance" stat but in PvP it takes too long for it to be noticeable unless you're an Eddy main.
What Scamming is well. Literally doing anything negative (and sometimes positive for your team if you're a Sarah or Jimmy) to the enemy.

You can Scam away health with direct traps and physical attack buffs like Rolf and Kevin
You can Scam away other people's Scam like Eddy and Kankers
You can also Scam away items and stats
And late game characters begin to develop their own special ways to scam people.
Edd for instance gains a passive where whenever he Scams someone he also gains penetration buffs to that character meaning he can ignore a portion of their defense.
Eddy though probably has the most well-built and open-ended form of Scamming since when you unlock his max passive at level 80 he ends up being able to Scam literally anything. Players, mobs, items and even store's and shops. This ends up becoming really fun and hilarious because you can do shit like Scam the entire hub's stores and Player market out of commission for a good hour or two if people don't figure out it's you. If you can get enough Scam you can actually Scam your way into player rooms and start taking shit from them. This is why Cockroach Eddy is such a popular troll build because it's literally meant to do nothing but build Scam almost infinitely and Scam everything in the game.
You can also "Scam" mechanics in the game depending on the character like Kevin and Rolf being able to both break the casual limit of Str and Speed for a bit.

The most amazing thing about this is that they've made so many builds off of characters and somehow they're able to keep the system balanced by only letting very certain builds and characters do certain things.
Fuck Cockroach Eddy's though. They can all eat a dick. I have lost almost over 20 hours of grinding in the game because some CEddy fuckface decided it'd be funny to scam my items away and sell them on the player market for half the price they're worth.

Marie is literally the only balanced Kanker in the game and it's because the dev team admitted there is a large Marie player faction in the game. Lee and May need to be fucking nerfed but there's not enough players to justify it yet.

Kanker gank squads can suck a huge fucking dick and ERPers need to be hung in the Cul-de-sac like the degenerates they are.

Why did they suddenly decide to make Rolf have a Scam resource meter rather than his old resource? It makes no sense for him to have Scam.

It's a great offensive weapon on certain builds, being able to temporarily ruin someones character by rearranging their stats is verging on broken.
