Once you get them neutered (which has to be done by a specialist because they need a certain kind of anesthetic so their digestive system keeps moving) they turn into big shy cats that can live up to 12 years depending on the breed.

Bullet Hells are a retard tier genre that don't require anything more than muscle memory. No skill, intelligence, reaction time, reading of opponents, planning ahead, or multitasking are required.
