The obvious top tier choices are T-00, Shadow of Yharnam, and SM overlord just because of his size. Think i might have to pick T-00 aslong as he can evolve into his final form at some point of the fight

The T-00 can's really be killed by any of the others, but he's slow. Not sure he could do much to protect you from, say, the Shadow of Yarnham throwing fireballs at you.

T-00 is the only heavyweight who has the intelligence to effectively protect you and make strategic calls. The Super-heavyweights class Hell Knight and Supernatant would be quite difficult for him, but he's more likely to be able to protect you from multiple attackers for a longer period of time than them. None of them unfortunately can make you FUCKING INVINCIBLE
