You can even ask a guy if the path is dangerous and the asshole just tells you to watch out for wolves

AHHHH SAVE ME LYDIA

So why does everyone just tell you it's a nothing stroll but then you get a fucking troll in your way and nobody even ever mentions anything about it?

Perhaps Barknar and Karita didn't go all the way up to know. Only Klimmek the deliveryman may know of the troll (though he also doesn't tell you).

Well you could just go around the cave...
and then people complain that you don't have choices in Skyrim

I am sworn to carry your burdens.

The Marauder Shields of Skyrim. He's there trying to warn you how much of a fucking slog the main quest will be. First the shittrek to High Hrothgar, then waiting for the old beards to do their shit, then getting that fucking horn, then back to the beards to do MORE shit, then dealing with Delphine... fuck that.

Of all the sins this game committed wich one is the worst for you?
>Giants not having any culture nor interacting with humans in any way. they also don't have settlements where you can speak/get quests or trade goods with them, they're only guards for lootchests and nothing else.

The only faction for warrior-type characters forces you to become a fucking furry

Getting rid of the dedicated cast button from Oblivion and having spells be weapon equips.

God-awful quests, from the main one to the guilds.
Forgettable npcs
And broken archery

No Arena

The absolute shit reward you get to do bounty hunting quests is up there. Really, 100 fucking gold for clearing out an entire bandit camp? Should be at least 150 a bandit.

>boring-ass magic
>no spellmaker
>no detect life enchantment
>no acrobatics
>can't fuck Serana without mods
That's what sticks out to me.

I'm torn between pushing slot machine quests like they are actually good game design, and thoughtlessly spacing quest destinations apart so that it encourages fast travel even more.

>run around it and then just shout it off the mountain on the way back
pst, too easy

>play fire mage
>encounter this nigga
>laughs in fire bolt

>be dumb dumb warrior for 1000 hours
>cast fireball
>become head of mage college
The fact that nothing really matters in Skyrim is the greatest sin.

If we ignore casualized and shitty gameplay? The plot is so piss poorly delivered that I couldn't care less about any factions or the outcome of any notable NPCs dying.

>Going to High Hrothgar, are we?
I just mod the shit out of the game and do dungeon crawls with maybe a run through the thieves guild quest line. I never heard so much as a 'foos' in 40 hours of murdering things

What a passive agressive bitch she is, I married her just to make her angrier

Except most draugr bosses literally shout Fus at you you fucking liar

I will fucking kill you

I have literally never died to this guy.

yeah a lot of enemies fus at me you illiterate braaap-addict theyre enemies none of them went foos though

You have to kill Paarthunax or just leave that quest unfulfilled

the worst part is that the mages college has a bunch of quests that require you to be actually good at magic
seriously: just lock becoming the archmage behind at least one of the mastery quests and you fix a whole lot of wrong with the damn questline

This^ it completely nerfed all magic hybrid builds. Bye bye paladin heal tank.

but heal-tanking is stupidly powerful in skyrim
get 100% restoration reduction cost, continuously cast the restoration spell with one hand and hit things with the other
unlimited health AND unlimited stamina (with the right perk)

I would forgive the game for a lot of things if the combat loop was at the very least mildly interesting. But it's either
>light attack till it dies facetanking every attack and MAYBE drink a potion
or if you're higher difficulty
>light attack for fucking ever and dont get hit once or you die
Neither is fun.

It would be a shame if you..somehow didn't manage to accumulate over 80 arrows between bleak falls barrow and the tower fight and didn't just plink away at this guy from on top of a rock

>Giants not having any culture nor interacting with humans in any way
Farmer leading Painted Cow to Giant Camp
A farmer is leading a painted cow along the road to a (random) Giant's camp. This is part of a ritual so the giants and farmers live harmoniously together.

A few months ago, I was riding along the roads of Whiterun hold with my friend, Lydia, until we realize that our horse was out of water.
We were trying to find somewhere to stop to give our horse a rest, but no luck. Then something caught our eyes. It was a village in the middle of nowhere.
When we stopped by the inn, we noticed they was no customers inside. It was weird, considering inns are open 24/7. Also, there were no horses either.
I heard a faint laugh inside. We got terrified. I tried opening the door, but it was locked by a rusty Master lock. We didn't have time to try to lockpick it, so Lydia pulled out her bow and shot at it. it was finally unlocked.
So we opened the door to the inside. What we saw was so horrible. There were dead corpses all over the tables and chairs, and lots of blood in the mead barrel. We puked in the trash can that was next to use, but before we did that, I saw mutilated arms and legs inside, which made us puke even more. How did The Winking Skeever end up like this? We were so hungry, so we ran into the kitchen. There were potatoes and a few deer meat, I thought we finally found food, until we saw more corpses.

How cheep everything feels. Magic, factions, the civil war, romance, dragon shouts, side quests. It's all so shallow, there's basically nothing to any of them, and once you've used up what there is that's it, you've had your lot. Everything feels like a gimic.

This time, they had no eyeballs, juts blood coming from the sockets. Their stomachs have been ripped open with the organs ripped out. I tried ignoring them, but they still bother me. I didn't even have time to eat skeever tails. We tried escaping through the main door, but it mysteriously locked by itself. We were now prisoners inside the building. We got scared just by staring at the corpses. Lydia and I spitted up, trying to look for a exit. She went to a door that was covered in oil.
I didn't want to enter with her, because I felt that danger was lurking behind the door. That's when I saw a Scroll of Fire Rune in one of the dining tables. I picked up, added it to favorites, and placed in the door. After 10 seconds, it finally exploded. I was free to go wherever I want. I tried calling her to come back, but she still didn't answer. I gave my horse my backup water supply that I keep in my inventory. I waited for her to go back to my horse with me, it was now 7:00 PM. That's when I saw a tall figure coming from the door with a Daedric Battleaxe. I ran away as fast as I could. I managed to escape to my house. Lydia never came back at all...
Two days later, I received a letter from a courier with the most disturbing headline of all, it said:

"2 adventurers went to a abandoned inn on the far side of Whiterun hold. One managed to get away, with the other one nowhere in sight. Guards are still trying to locate the woman, but they never found proof. Then they mysteriously disappeared by entering a oil covered door."

What was behind that door? How did they all went missing? I hope someone would this mystery anytime soon.................. And who is the strange figure?

This is the mcdonalds pasta.

Yeah but that's not a sheild and faith tank build that's cheesing poorly thought out spells and gear while running around like a loon. I might as well use the enchanting potion glitch and make a 9999999999 damage per hit sword.

i haven't played skyrim in yeeaaars but i faintly remember someone warning you about the troll ahead of time. maybe there was like a sign or some shit right before it? am i right or do I have alzheimers

shut the fuck up

>dual wield was just the oblivion mod clearly copy pasted

I'm going to replay oblivion now I guess. What should I roll? Dubs decide.

I didn't say it was bad.

Oh, you're going to collect your first Gym Badge? It'd be a shame if someone were to block your path....
