Has anyone played this on brutal difficulty? It's fucking BROKEN, impossible to complete

git gud
goro is so fun, it's a shame we dont get to play as him in more games.
Why don't the enemies do anything?
Are you thinking about Gravewalker? Brutal is fine since your damage is high as fuck and you can spam combat brands
why are the enemies just standing there, looks shit
I'm only level 13 and finding it fucking impossible to take out the first fort because the two warchiefs are over level 35
Git gud, user. Brutal is the correct difficulty selection, props for that.
Just wait until you're getting mobbed by multiple level 85s and one of them is a fucking spear chucker.
This doesn’t seem like it’s gonna be a fun time. Are there any broken builds I can take advantage of?
>those armored shield fuckers that can addapt to every attack that would otherwise make them vulnerable
It really is an underrated game in how fucking INFURIATING the higher difficulties are. The captains alone are hard but manageable, but the fact they’re surrounded by legions of unblockable undodgeable archers/ spear throwers is just insane
It's pretty lazy desu. Basically it just takes fucking forever to kill anything.
Nemesis and gravewalker are much better.
There are certain skills that are pretty OP, but do you really want to know? It'll trivialize a lot of the game for you.
Yes please brutal is killing me
brutal is gravewalker with extra damage and faster meter gain
>Basically it just takes fucking forever to kill anything.
u wot? Brutal is the one where you die fast but also kill fast. You can vaporize a captain in seconds if you do it right.
Oh shit, I mixed the two up then.
It's been more than a year since I last played that game.
Good thing there's absolutely no reason to do that. Power creep with enemies who adapt to literally everything except the basic melee attack kills the fun even on normal difficulty.
>mortally flammable captain
>30% chance to set on fire with a headshot
>shoot a single arrow from stealth
>the captain dies in flames
good game
That's why the wraith mask+waters of lorien exist.
I miss Bruz.
>When you accidentally kill that really cool orc you wanted to recruit
>rock paper scissors combat
cringe
huh?
Okay but don't say I didn't warn you.
Fatal Might
Shadow Strike Pull
Fury
Ceaseless Might
Use Shadow Strike Pull with the stun move to pull enemies to you and stun them, then use Fury to ground pound the shit out of them to fill your might and hitstreak. Fatal Might and Ceaseless Might work great together to hit everything around you with executions.
Felt kinda bad about wiping out his entire extended family after the fact. Tried recruiting them, but I guess thick headedness runs in the family.
>pick brutal
>decide to do a stealth oriented talion early game
>I am getting assraped even by the common orcs for not picking combat perks
when I played it the gameplay was "kill this orc by doing what he's weak against"
want to kill him with arrows? too bad you can only damage him by doing a stealth attack
boring as fuck
lol
bahman combat is designed to make you FEEL LIKE BAHMAN not provide any semblence of real challenge
but thats not batman combat
learn your buzzwords kid
So what is it?
If only it wasn't a LotR game, I really have trouble getting past the lore rape. It should have been a Warhammer game.
Also the Batman combats.
I mean, it's not like it's canon so who cares?
its yakuza combat
it doesnt play like bamham
its the best rendition of bamham combat imo
>its the best rendition of bamham combat imo
It's too easy to be the best, even on the hardest difficulty.
I've learned to ignore the LotR stuff and treat it as a orc genocide sim. It's fun that way
