That's a fucking clickbait headline. The interview cited has the interviewer asking what the devs making Zelda are playing these days, and Aonuma says some of them played RDR2 recently in response. There was nothing about RDR2 inspiring the next Zelda, and the fact that some game devs play the next big rockstar title is an almost trivial bit of information because why wouldn't they?
