Underrated character. Great design, unique playstyle, good amount of story significance. 2nd best SFIV newcomer after Hakan and has a much better chance of returning. Also a Top 5 SF girl (formerly Top 3 before Menat).

Fuck off. Her bringing in her Feints, EXs, and Focus Attack into Marvel made her a really unique character with an insanely high skill ceiling compared to most of the roster. Good Viper mains like Marlinpie and FullSchedule were a joy to watch. Plus, she was a better SFIV rep than any of the other newcomers in terms of being a good Vs character. Seth might've been cool but he'd end up too similar to Akuma playstyle-wise while not having an assist as good as Akuma's Tatsu (unless they made Tanden Engine an assist with a huge suction range), and even then almost nobody is a fan of Seth as a character.

I haven't, but then I tend to avoid Street Fighter Doujinshi because in my experience a lot of them aren't that good. Chun Li in particular has no good ones despite being an iconic character.
