An amazing game which has several flaws
or
A decent game which has no flaws
An amazing game which has several flaws
or
A decent game which has no flaws
I prefer the former.
>no flaws
doesn't that make the decent one perfect?
Neither has ever existed.
>An amazing game which has several flaws
Thousand Year Door
>A decent game which has no flaws
Paper Mario 64
depends on how starved of the genre I am
New Vegas is an amazing game with several flaws and it's my favourite game of all time so I'm going with the former
depends what the flaws are.
i don't mind if a game has, say, bad graphics or a hard difficulty curve as long as the core gameplay is good
No
It just makes it inoffensively decent
Always the top. I haven't found an example for the bottom one that just didn't feel like diet-fun.
>A decent game which has no flaws
if it's flawless why is it only decent?
not really, your thread is stupid and you should feel stupid.
go and stay go, faggot
The UI is clunky as shit and there are some design elements that bug me but goddamn do I love it.
something with no flaws is perfect you moron, therefore the second choice would be the perfect game.
pic related is you trying to understand simple logic
>amazing game
>several flaws
What the fuck?
>appraisal based purely on the lack of flaws as opposed to merits
>a flawed game cannot be amazing
>if it has no flaws it's amazing
>An amazing game which has several flaws
soda
>A decent game which has no flaws
water
Anywau for me its the latter
An amazing game with several flaws has the potential to have a perfect sequel.
A decent game with no flaws will stagnate as a series.
reviving the thread just to make sure everyone knows how much of a retard you are.
>Amazing game with several flaws
Fallout New Vegas
>Decent game with no flaws
Tetris
I prefer the former, it's like Thief 3 vs Thief 2, DS was flawed but the story, atmosphere and locations were awesome, whereas TMA was a safe sequel with almost no flaws, but it ended up kinda boring, especially compared to the first game.
dragon's dogma is one of my favorite games and it's ridden with flaws.
I want something that screamed "we took risks, the final result isn't up to par, but we tried" to "here's a generic game, there are no bugs, nothing outstanding, but nothing bad either"
even bad games with a lot of flaws can have soul
Tetris is amazing though.
The former.
>An amazing game which has several flaws
Is it moddable?
You’re a fucking idiot. So a perfect quartz is worth more than an imperfect diamond?
>An amazing game
>or
>A decent game
Gee
OP
I
don't
know
>dragon's dogma is one of my favorite games and it's ridden with flaws.
Good example
Mikami said it best when he was instructing Kamiya- "Don't worry about ironing out the weaknesses, concentrate on filling it with great parts"
Diamonds aren't worth shit so maybe.
