Here's a challenge: Post stuff you've actually been enjoying recently. I know it's not something Yea Forums is used to, but I want to see how long people can avoid being grumpy fucks for.
I've been playing through Digimon World 1 recently since I was able to track down a copy of it. I never really got far with it when I was young since I was a bit of a tard, but it scratches an itch I never could with other games. Is there any games you guys have revisited for the first time in a while?
Been playing Bloostained, Kenshi and Shadowbringers recently. All pretty good games.
Magic Arena. I spend at least one hour on it every day. It's fun.
I've been playing FFX. It's my first "real" FF game and I'm enjoying the shit out of it. I'm 48 hours in so far. I've also started getting comfortable with AT's in MHW and I've been grinding my absolute bollocks off trying for a Hero Streamstone: Hammer but it doesn't seem to be coming. It's not a bad thing though, it just means I get to whack more AT's in the face for a few minutes some more times.
I recently got into the Atelier series, just finished Atelier Rorona and started Totori. They have their flaws, but I quite like them. I actually recently started a playthrough of Digimon World 1 too, but it's a pain to play because it runs at 20FPS on my emulator for some reason and I can't find a way to increase it. Maybe it's supposed to run this badly.
Ni no Kuni II. I miss familiars but it is pretty cool.
Disgaea 3. There's something relaxing about grinding and feeling your crew get stronger and stronger. I also like how silly the story and characters are.
Ray Gigant.
After you're allowed to fucking explore the dungeons its actually really fun.
Been considering getting Dungeon Travellers while I wait for PSO2.
Absolute kino. FFX is a goofy game, but genuinely fun.
Crash Team Racing.
The game is fun but the Grand Prix grind is fucking killing me. Every day I try to get my dailies and coin grind done, but that doesn't leave enough time for me to tackle the story mode or N. Tropy time trials. And I can't unlock the rest of the characters in the pit stop because I'm making a mad grab for all the GP exclusive cosmetics. I wish they'd jack up the coin and nitro rewards but make the GP last half as long.
I've also been playing Perfect Dark as my friend plays it through and I'm having a fucking blast, 10/10 game.
