Most things in the game require no interaction with other people so you don't have to organized with others if you don't want to.
The gameplay itself is pretty straightforward since buffs and debuffs are standardized across all classes and enemies
Your hotbar can only hold 10 skills at a time, with the ability to switch weapons to swap out the first five skills if you want.
It's pretty fine if you've never played an MMO before, it's just horribly optimized and lacks proper end-game because ANet can't figure out how their own game works
